I was looking for a strong but fairly compact safe to house and secure my coin collection, and this fit the bill. It's roomy inside and comes with a shelf, which is perfect for my needs. It was easy to set up with my own password, and has two other ways to open the safe. One is a key, should I forget my password. The other is an outside battery pack that connects to the safe if the batteries that control the lock inside the safe fail. The safe however, has a warning light if the batteries inside are getting low on power and need replacing. This safe is easy to tuck away and hide. Purchased this safe recently for my valuables at home. Securing the safe to the wall was straightforward. The safe is also able to easily fit 8x11 documents, and includes a shelf for other items. I didn’t know what to expect, but when it arrived, it turned out to be very nice quality and it feels very secure. Setting up the safe is very simple. You can easily program in multiple codes and it comes with two spare emergency keys.

The first time I bought this all the internal hardware was unattached and floating around inside the door. I returned it and bought it again thinking this is probably a one time mistake. The second one I received had a door that got stuck while opening and eventually after pulling it hard to open made an awful loud squeak.
