I'm really surprised I hadn't reviewed this already. I was extremely impressed immediately upon opening at how sturdy and robust everything seemed. The included documentation was also quite well done. After using this suspension trainer several times, I have 2 takeaways regarding this product. 1. Suspension exercises are harder than I expected. 2. There is no conceivable way this product will fail under any reasonable (and most unreasonable) use. If you are looking into suspension-style trainers, I really don't see what spending more money can get you. This product is a bargain at the current prices! ... show more

Easy to set up, very good quality as far as strength, the connections, everything feels like it will hold up to very heavy weight. I am a relatively small person, and my feet slipped out of the foot cradles for just a couple of the exercises, not sure what I’m going to do about that. otherwise, I got a great work out. I am a Trainer who travels & often the facilities will not have a suspension trainer. I have LOVED this one! Really sturdy. Love that the handles can be adjusted independently, makes it easy to use for single arm/leg movements with no other handle in the way. I definitely recommend!
