I am so happy I came across this bed! I spent weeks searching for a white bed with a high headboard for my daughter. It’s absolutely beautiful. My husband set it up 90 % on his own. Took him about 30-40 min to do. It’s very sturdy and super great quality. My daughter is so in love with her new bed.     • Mostly missing
More than half the bed, including the headboard, was missing. I have no idea how it would have assembled, since I had nothing to assemble. Return was a drag because I cannot carry it to any post office on my own, so I have unassembled bed pieces taking up space in my living room.

This isnt really a "product" review so much as it is that i'm very disappointed in Amazon... I received this yesterday, and only got the head board kit box... the sides and footboard and platform is missing... So, I call Amazon and she tells me basically she things its Home lifes problem.. I call their customer service and she tells me that its Amazons problem because it most definitely should have been in 2 packages with 2 tracking numbers that they probably lost a box or didnt pay attention ... I call Amazon back and he says pretty much what she said but he has 0 clue how to help me other than credit me my money.. now the bed is not available and i have a upset child..... Im praying that the box just appears. just extremely disappointed with how Amazon handled the situation... ... show more

I was skeptical at first and I looked forever for the right bed for my daughter’s room. And finally decided on this one. I have nothing negative to say , my husband and I was able to put the bed together in an hour or so. It is beautiful and my daughter loves it!!!!!

I love the bed and my linen spa mattress. My mattress I gave almost 1000.00 for was awful on my back. Couldn’t sleep until I got my linenspa. Affordable and lays so good. Sleep good now. Absolutely terrible! Only one box of the 2 boxes for the bed arrived. Been weeks, can’t get ahold of customer service! Can’t put the bed together without the rest of part.
