Skeptical would be an understatement ordering a mattress on line but I liked the free shipping and it arriving at my door. Upon arrival rolled in a box I was more than skeptical about my purchase. The item was too heavy for myself to carry up stairs. Once upstairs the mattress was easy to remove from the box and place on the bed frame.     • Caused my Back to Hurt!
I purchased this mattress 6 months ago. It might have been slightly uncomfortable when i first got it. I noticed that was it a bit more cheaply built than the last mattress I bought from Amazon. But about a week or so ago, i started noticing that my back was bothering me. It got so bad i could not sleep at night. It was better that i sleep on the floor. I wasn't sure it was the mattress until i slept on the floor one night. I slept better and I was completely relieved of back pain. I do have a bit of a slipped disc. I hardly ever bothers me. I almost never have back pain. I weigh about 166 lbs. So I'm not very heavy at all. So if you have any back problems you may find that the mattress doesn't give you the support you need. I have no idea why it took 6 months for me to start feeling the effects. ... show more

It is on the thinner side, so I recommend getting a cheap mattress cover to throw over it if you prefer your bed to be softer. Came super clean and well packaged, only downside is it it opened like a jack in the box because of the springs, otherwise comfortable and affordable

I ordered the queen size mattress and it fits perfectly on my queen size box springs. Even though it's a thin mattress, it is very comfortable. I didn't want to spend the money on a brand new regular queen size mattress since the box springs are pretty old. For guests, this is exactly what I needed. It was hard to believe when I opened the box, that that was actually a queen size mattress. But as I removed the plastic, and starting the tape, it started expanding. By the way, be very careful as you cut the tape because the mattress is basically vacuum sealed so the tape is VERY taut. In about 5 minutes, it was full size. Pretty neat packaging. This mattress was the worst quality, almost laughable. No support, feel every coil, floppy - just terrible- and the odor was awful. I realize the smell would have eventually faded but there was no way we were going to keep it. It wasn't even the same mattress in the picture (different pattern). This was purchased for a tiny 100 lb girl but it wouldn't even support a toddler. You can buy a better quality at Walmart or really anywhere else. I am thankful Amazon gave me a refund. ... show more

I guess you could say you get what you paid for... it was an inexpensive mattress but, not really worth the money. It's a very thin, hard mattress where you feel each spring. Never cheap out on your mattress...lesson learned
