Gave the mattress time to "grow" from being packaged for shipping. The order page originally said it was a firm foam mattress but when you put it in the shopping cart, it explains that it is a spring-filled mattress and was no longer called a "firm" mattress, so that was disappointing. We bought a foam topper to put over it for added comfort. That helps. ... show more

    • Perfect for bunk beds
I bought two of these mattresses for a bunk bed and they fit perfectly, I'm pregnant and weigh about 185 and these beds are decently comfortable, my kids haven't complained at all yet, it's obvious that it's a spring mattress but if you put a topper on it it'll probably be comfortable enough for a teenager or adult. They came rolled up in a box and inflated instantly, no need to wait for them to fill out like memory foam mattresses. They're pretty lightweight too, I was able to put them on the bunk bed by myself while pregnant. They were also triple sealed so no need to worry about bugs, there is no way they could get into the mattress. I definitely recommend these if you need a cheap mattress for your kids. ... show more

    • It needs some accessories, but so does every mattress
Its getting hard to find coil spring mattresses. You have to wade through a lot of memory foam mattresses. Thank was shocked I could get one delivered. I’m a big guy, and I find this bed more comfortable than any memory foam mattress I’ve ever slept on. It would be perfect for any youth sleeper. It comes vacuum packed so n a roll. Note, that my meaning of comfort comes with this caveat. I feel that we spend half our lives sleeping and that when it comes to bedding, I have caviar tastes and I spend money on my sheets & bedding. For example, I also went to macy’s and purchased a hotel collection 2” synthetic down cotton breathable pillow top mattress topper. Added to that is a cool reactive mattress pad. Followed up with Hotel Collection sheets and topped with a soft, breathable synthetic down 600 thread count cotton comforter. All of this is necessary in my opinion to make this bed work. It sits on one of those new style metal fold out 18” rise bed platform. For a twin, shopping with sales and coupons you could be all in with the frame/platform, mattress pillow top, mattress cool pad, sheets and comforter for about $400-450, plus the cost of this mattress. Ordered 2 mattresses and only 1 arrived. Didn’t get much help customer service wise but reordered because we were in a pinch. Received 2 out of the 3 purchased mattresses. They are comfortable for kids would not recommend for older kids or adults

Mattress was nice but the delivery guy left it under a tree in my drive way in the rain and it got muddy had to dry and clean and dry it again before it could get use
