Just got this rug. Looked at more expensive rugs around town and online, but we just needed something to keep our dog from sliding all over new laminate floor. Very pleased! Some reviews mention the rug being a bit thin, but we didn't want anything with deep pile because of my husband's allergy to dust, so this fit the bill perfectly. I don't understand why some reviewers complain about the first few rows of the rug. It is rolled very tightly, yes but you can see in the picture how far that goes. The rest of the rug lies very flat and the colors will go with almost any color decor. It is a very versatile rug and I couldn't be happier with it. I just got it so I don't know about the cleaning, but I can't imagine it being hard to clean. Very impressed with quality and value.

To begin with, we purchase this rug nearly 8 months ago, so It's not brand new in the attached photo. We have light colored carpet and an older Sheltie. At this stage, one needs to last until the other doesn't , if you catch my drift. The colors are deep yet muted and pulls our existing furniture together beautifully. I wouldn't call it "plush"--the nap is very short--but it doesn't feel cheap or prickly. It vacuums up and looks good as new. So far, it's holding up to both Senior Pup and our 18-month old grandson. Can't ask for more than that.

I bought 3 different sizes for our living room and entry, they’re very attractive and pulls together our decor nicely with the colors. It did take some work to get the large one to lie flat and it still hasn’t settled completely. The runner isn’t quite straight, curves slightly but still looks nice. Overall, for this price, they’re pretty awesome.

I have had this a while now and it does exactly what I bought it for. It keeps my feet off of a possibly cold wood floor. Additionally, it help me older Beagle to maintain stable footing. Wood floors can be slippery. So no, it's not a $4,000.00 Deep Persian Rug, but it's great for a humble guy with an old dog.

I am extremely satisfied with this rug. It looks very modern and attractive in my living room. The rug is extremely soft and nice to walk on. The rug has been easy to care for so far, and has held up to traffic and furniture moving. I read prior reviews, and did not experience problems with smells or damage from shipping or storage that others reported. The rug is tightly rolled, so the end does roll up (made worse by my cat who insists on burrowing under the corner for some reason) but rolling it back the other way eliminated that for the most part (save the "cat's" corner).

I needed an inexpensive rug for area immediately inside my front door at base of stairs (split foyer house) because mostly for my elderly dog to get some traction when he sort of bounds/slides down the steps. When he hit the tile, he'd just slide and trying to get up - too slick and his hind legs just wouldn't give him any traction so this rug fixed all of that nonsense, plus it's low pile allows the front door to easily pass over it! This size is not the standard 3x5, 5x7 - has a bit different dimensions which fit perfectly! Plus, when I look down on it from the upstairs, it just looks really attractive - can be modern, contemporary with its design - versatile really. Read about some having ripples in it. Just lay it flat somewhere - put some heavy objects on it for several days. If necessary, roll it up the opposite way it came. I had no problems and I did put one of the rug grippers underneath. Very very happy with it!

I bought this rug and a 5x7. I was so excited when I received them and they looked amazing in my living room and entry way. I have had them for 3 weeks and today at around the same time my husband and I were horrified when we saw a ton of MAGGOTS starting to crawl out of both rugs! Turns out these rugs were infested with eggs when we received them. I spent all day flipping out, bleaching and spraying the entire downstairs of my house. No maggots were anywhere else except the two rugs, where they were crawling out of endlessly. It was disgusting. I am pretty upset that I spent $$ on two gorgeous rugs that I now have to throw away after only 3 weeks. I hope we were the only unfortunate customers this happened to. Update: Sent Amazon an email last night explaining the situation. This is the first time I have ever received a bad item from them and my husband and I have spent thousands of dollars here in the past few years. We love Amazon! Anyways, they replied with a very nice email and refunded me first thing this morning. This is why Amazon is the best company in the world. They care about their customers and it shows in everything they do. Thank you Amazon!
