Love this chair! Assembly wasn't too difficult. The lift motor is quiet and strong, raises me up with ease, and I am a big guy (320 lbs). The massage feature is a big plus too! The only problem I had was the power supply for the massage feature was missing (I had a compatible one so I could go ahead and use it), and the seller contacted me within an hour to let me know a replacement would be on the way. Arrives in multiple pieces which can be difficult to align when assembling. The chair massage function is loud but still relaxing. Quality fabric and reclines or stands easily, albeit slowly. My husband just had hip surgery and needed something to help get out of chair. He is 6’2” and this chair is too small. Legs have the circulation cut off cause foot rest is too short. The back only goes as high as his back. There is no headrest. The arms are way too low. This chair is actually smaller than my regular size recliner. ... show more

This item does not accommodate taller individuals. I am only 5'8" and my feet hang over the footrest. There is not much of a headrest either. It does not sit comfortably. I am disappointed.
