  • Great chair with missing, but attainable potential!
I'm 5'11" and previously had a gaming reclining chair, by Merax, that had a pull out leg rest, and reclined 170 degrees. It was made of pleather, and after 4 years, it wore down and peeled away. So on looking for a new chair, I new for certain I did not want pleather. I found a white chair, with a flat base, that kept going out of stock till it basically disappeared. I was very disappointed, up until I found THIS chair from Homcom. Its actually the SAME EXACT thing as the white chair that kept disappearing. But it doesn't look like a racing chair, and has FAR MORE Cushion. It was perfect....EXCEPT that I like to roll around, and the base was definitely a disappointment. I posted a question in the Amazon Questions section, and was informed that the rod was 2" and that it would not be a good idea to replace it with a wheel'd base, because the base is weighted. Well, I'm stubborn, and I decided to try anyway, as the weight of the base is actually not that far off from a wheel base. I chose Sytopia products, and have labeled them in my review images. They work PERFECTLY with this chair. Fully reclined, I don't tip over at all, but then again, even when 5'11", I'm only 130lbs. So definitely proceed with this alteration at your own risk. The cushions are incredibly comfortable, and the fabric material feels solid. I have to imagine that most of the negative reviews were expecting a chair quality far beyond what anyone should expect from a regular office/gaming type chair. I do wish it reclined more, but it does well enough, my feet hang off the edge a bit, but thats to be expected at 5'11", but its not nearly as bad as other gaming chairs that have the pull out leg rests, with the voids/gaps between the feet and base of the chair. It is an incredible chair, with missed opportunity, in both Recline angle, and a lack of wheel base. That being said, 1 of the 2 cons can be rectified by relatively cheap products. Would definitely buy again. ... show more

  • Good only if your under 5ft tall. Kids chair at most.
Not bad quality and not too bad on comfort for a basic chair but no where close to $200 chair. This is worth $50 and is govee 5 stars. The recliner, lol, doesn't recliner back fat at all. The foot rest? My 11 year old can't even rest his feet on it unless he pulls his legs up. It's a great chair to sit straight up in. Just not worth the money. Wish I could return but I'll lube with a $200 chair i wanted for gaming. Guess my kid has a new $200 gaming chair. ... show more

  • Good chair kinda short though
Very comfortable chair both me (180 pounds) and my friend (270 pounds) felt the padding was good, it doesn't recline as far back as I would like and the leg rest goes only as far as halfway down my shin (im 6 feet tall). I would say it's a fantastic swivel chair if you don't plan to fall asleep in it. ... show more

  • Way more comfy then thought.
Very nice firm chair. The chair is harder than most would probably like but I like how firm it is as I need the support. The material feels really nice and I compared it to the feel of my $250 racing seat on my rig and the material feels just as good. For the price its well made I have no complaints. The only issue I had was assembling it. You'll need two people to attach back seat on and to bottom seat as its very hard to hold and put bolts in by yourself. Otherwise 100% good product so far. ... show more

  • Comfort and size
It's really hard and not comfortable on the bottom. Everything else is good. Just needs better cushioning in the seat.
