The media could not be loaded. This is a great, simple storage solution. The lid opens easily and has a loop for handle. I can tuck it inside if I don't want it hanging out. It comes fully assembled except for the feet which easily screw on. I can fit 6 or 7 throw blankets folded inside maybe more. My four yr old likes to hide inside and thinks it's her secret place. If it can handle a toddler it can handle anything. The top is not too squishy or soft it's quite firm. I bought this for my 14yr 80pd mastiff/pit to help him get up on my new bed that sits higher than my old one so he can’t get up on the bed without my help. I bought steps for him, he wouldn’t use them, bought a dog ramp, wouldn’t use it. I bought this ottoman in the hopes he would use this to get on the bed on his own. The first night he would only put his front paws on to make me lift him up. The next morning he figured out how to get up on his own so I don’t have to lift him up anymore.
