This heater was just as expected. I bought it to replace a similar (bit smaller) heater that finally stopped working after several years of service and several light bulb changes over the years. It keeps my small house warm enough. The one thing I didn't like was the legs are made of cheap looking plastic and really hard to screw in to the body, so they were kind of loosely fastened on, although it was enough to hold up the unit. Also not sure I liked the heat coming in out of the bottom (the previous one was at the top, in front) but too soon to judge. Overall, happy with the purchase . I do think these heaters should run about 30 dollars, tops. . they're not built to be very long-term heaters, really.

My initial reaction to this piece was disappointment. I thought it would be bigger and look nicer for the price. However, it works great and actually looks pretty good in my sunroom. It heats the entire sunroom by itself!

I love my little heater!It is just the right size for my little bedroom.I like the vintage look,it fits in with my decor.The heat output is great and when I'm not using the heat I leave the flame on for looks.It's exactly what I wanted!
