The media could not be loaded. Easy to set up. Took me like 10 minutes. Cools down a small room. The only thing I had a hard time assembling was the nose that trying to attach on the window panel. Usually models like this cost about twice the price that i paid for this one or more. the unit is accompanied by some minor noise, but I don't think it's that bad, and it's in my bedroom and the white noise is welcome at bedtime.

This unit is in the bedroom and was easy to setup. The only downside is that the exhaust hose comes disconnected. I finally wrapped it with a stretchy ace bandage after the duct tape failed

The unit arrived as promised and was extremely easy to instll/setupo. It keeps the room very COOL and runs quitely. Never have to run it at higher than Low Cool, circlates the cool air well! Great value for the money

I was skeptical about getting this, but it’s exceeded expectations. I’m in the PNW with no ac in a 2000 sq ft house. This cools my 12x12 office efficiently on the heatwave days. It’s portable, so I move it to the bedroom upstairs at night. It is heavy to lug up the stairs, but not unmanageable. Installation was easy enough once I got the hang of how the hose mechanism worked. I like that I can just run the fan too. We’ll see if it lasts through the summer. ... show more

Supposedly brand new, right out of the box the control panel doesn’t work. I contacted the seller and they offered $35.00 to get it fixed. Nobody will fix it for that price. Do not purchase this equipment or anything from this seller.
