The media could not be loaded. Easy to set up. Took me like 10 minutes. Cools down a small room. The only thing I had a hard time assembling was the nose that trying to attach on the window panel. I placed a heavy duty tape on it to firmly closed it. Not that pretty but not a big deal. The noise isnt that bad at all. It sounded like a window AC. Hope it works for you! ... show more

The first item didn't work like it's supposed to so I contacted the seller and they sent out a new one which is working perfectly. Great customer service. Thank you! ***update*** The 2nd one is doing the same thing now. Thermostat not working properly. Won't shut off at selected temp and takes way too long to come back on at selected temp. At times I still have to get up and reset it so it will come on. For example I set the unit at 77 during the day and it runs constantly. Buy at your own risk. ... show more

My daughter had a very hard time trying to install it. No instructions in the box and makes a lot of noise, more than what it cools a small bedroom.

    • Damaged really quickly
I had issue with the delivery but the seller quickly replaced me another unit. The unit started out fine upon arrival but after several weeks, it started to have issues in keeping cool. It alternated between cold and ambient air instead of staying cold. The filter is clean and there's no obstruction etc. I'm contacting the seller now to ask for a refund - I'll update on this ... show more

I have a bedroom 11’x14’…that’s 168 square feet. I have to set this unit at its lowest setting of 61° and its fan speed at high for it to barely cool my room. It’s loud. It is not worth the cost, but it weighs so much, I’m barely able to carry it to my car to return it. If I can find someone strong enough to help me return it; it’s gone. Poor performance. I’m sure it’s sucking my electric and draining my wallet dry. I do not recommend this unit. ... show more

Usually models like this cost about twice the price that i paid for this one or more. the unit is accompanied by some minor noise, but I don't think it's that bad, and it's in my bedroom and the white noise is welcome at bedtime.
