I’ve had neck pain after getting hit by a van while riding my bicycle in 2008. For years I used to use a regular cervical pillow with just two rounded edges, but as I’ve been trying to sleep on my back more, I would find that my head would often roll to the one side or the other, resulting in more neck pain. This cradles my neck in such a comfortable and supporting way that I’ve been able to fall asleep faster, stay asleep, and wake up feeling refreshed and pain free.
