The only problem I have now is, I don't want to wake up!!! 🙃 it's such a comfortable pillow. I thought it'd be a bit awkward feeling due to the shape, but it's not at all awkward. I sleep so incredibly well. It really is like sinking into a cloud. In reality it's sinking into the perfect pillow with just the right amount of softness and firmness. My back pain has subsided. I LOVE this pillow. I'm glad I got one for myself and my mom. Give it a shot and if it doesn't work for you return it. I doubt you'll be returning it. As for the comments showing the pillow squashed. This pillow comes in a packaging that takes all the air out and seals it. Once you take out the pillow it will inflate into its normal size. You have to give it a few minutes to get it's form back but it will go to its normal self. I wouldn't worry about it arriving squashed. I would just give it 5 minutes (if that) and the pillow will be plump and ready for use. Don't let those photos discourage you. I say this because if I were considering it and saw those pillows I'd probably pass in fear.... don't pass on this pillow lol it's amazing!!! ... show more

This was so comfortable, no pressure and I had more REM and deep sleep, then without it. I took it to my sister, who now has ALS 😢, to see if she could benefit from it. She sleeps vertically against gel pillows. Well with a little urging, I got her to actually try it, in her setting. We propped it up above the gel pillow and she was really impressed. So I left it with her! I pray 🙏🏽 she gets some improved sleep tonight. Now to purchase a replacement for me! I do recommend letting it air out a couple days before use. ... show more

My first orthopedic pillow ever. I love the quality! it’s soft and comfy! However.. it’s a bit small.. not planning to refund it but would advice anyone to get maybe a queen size (didn’t see that option at first.. which is slightly bigger in measurements) I’m a skinny girl XS human but still find it small. Even though my neck and entire spine was soooo relieved.. so this pillow gets the job done!! :) ... show more

the pillow arrived quickly and was just as advertised out of the box. seems the right size, maybe it's my neck (I do have one...lol) but it doesn't align right. I normally sleep on my stomach or left side, but since experiencing some neck pain I'm learning to sleep on my back and side. when lying on my side 3 things happen while using this pillow: 1. my neck barely reaches the neck support 2. the indent meant for the ear aligns with the top of my head 3. lastly my shoulder gets Achey due to the extended part when lying on my back everything aligns. but then I snore (urgh...lol, I never snore!) weird thing is, I can tell some change in the neck pain, it has gotten better. A little heavy but is comfortable and does help with my neck pain. Needs a separate pillowcase that fits well but I just put one from a sheet set on it and works fine. Nice design, not too hot. The pillow is nice and plenty of cushion, you can spin it any which way for what feels com comfortable. There’s a random button in the middle that connects to the other side in the pillowcase. It seems weird but doesn’t really get in the way.
