The first clue that this rug would not be high quality should've been the price. The second clue should've been that it came folded up in about a 2x2 foot square. The third should've been the texture (that slimy feeling, smooth hair type rug - NOT a thick woven shag). But since none of those red flags stopped me from putting it down - I'll tell you again that it's not worth the money. It feels like a heavy blanket, not a rug. It also does not lay flat. Those folds will be here to stay for quite some time because it does not weigh enough to flatten itself. The ONLY reason I'm keeping this rug is because it's for my Labrador. We keep a rug for him to play on since our floors are all solid and he slips and slides on them. But that's about all it's suitable for.

I am very pleased with my rug. It is really soft and sophisticated. I am going to get another one. Sexy color, excellent quality and I like the size. Wished it would have came rolled up instead of folded it takes a while to flatten but it was worth it.

So, right out of the box I started to have my doubts, but ignored them. This rug is soft, but not very well made. It started shedding a tad, but still looked fairly good. We have a puppy and I didn't want to have an expensive rug down until he was older. The shag, however? It's VERY high. Like probably 3 inches. That makes it impossible to vacuum. We learned super quickly that it was hard to clean. And also? Felt like grass to our puppy. Which ended up being a disaster, and again..... extremely hard to clean. I found myself using a rake to get everything out of the carpet, and our Roomba was unusable. After 2 weeks? It looked shabby, and probably had a huge build up of dust and grime due to our inability to vacuum. I admitted defeat and ordered a washable rug instead. This rug? It's lovely in pics, and would probably be ok in a very lightly used room. But for an active family with pets? A definite no go. I had read several reviews stating this, and should have listened.

“Ok” quality. But good value for the price. 50-70% less than some others the same size. Be prepared for the deep creases because of packaging. I spread it out for 3 days and then used “Alien Tape” on all the corners to stretch it out. After corners were secured I used more “Alien Tape” on the center of all 4 sides and stretched a bit more. Looks pretty good now. It’s very soft. But much thinner than it looks in pictures. Almost zero padding. But again pretty good for the price.

This rug is terrible! I have to vacuum every single day and still clumps are tracked all over the house daily. I expected maybe for the first couple days there would be a few pieces because it was new, but I have had it for weeks and every day is a battle. Very poorly made! Very disappointed in this product and the money I put into it. I received a replacement rug, just like the one I had. It is much better quality, it is not shedding at all! Very pleased with this rug and the manufactures response and replacement! Would order from them again!

The pictures make this rug look awesome...until it arrives all folded up and vacuum sealed in a bag, stuffed in a box. This rugs has a crease down the middle where it was 1st folded....that will not come out. There are permanent bulges/rolls from where it was rolled up into a smallsquare, that will never ever come out. The only good thing about it....it's nice an soft I wasted good money on garbage product.
