I have never experienced such excruciating pain like plantar fasciitis. I had no idea what was happening with my foot. After a little research and waiting for payday I purchased these insoles. WoWzers! Instant relief! I used the sizing indentation on the back of the insoles to my size. I inserted them into my shoes. The pain was eliviated! I felt like I was walking on soft puffy clouds! My plantar fasciitis was at an all time high. On a scale of 1-10, it was easily a 12. I could barely walk and was starting to walk on the side of my foot. I put these in a pair of Vans on a day where we went on a family outing and walked a lot. Usually at the end of a day like this I would be in tears by the end of the day. With these inserts my pain was at a 4 at the end of the day. With continued use the pain is like a 2. It does start to come back if you walk barefoot or wear shoes without the support. But the price of these is great so I will just be buying several pairs. Please give these a try! Ps... I tried the extra support inserts for plus size women and those do not compare! Get the ones specific for Plantar Fasciitis! ... show more
