This set is sooooo amazing. Washes well in dishwasher, always sparkly! We use it for our every day dining and it has a lot of wear and tear with the kiddos in the house. Good looks good in it and it looks a lot more expensive and presentable than other more expensive options I have in the house. I am ordering more to have a full set for the holidays!

I bought this set of dishes in November. They are beautiful, but they break easily. In the 7 months we’ve had them, two have already broken. Just yesterday, I was putting a small plate in the bottom shelf of the dishwasher, and it slipped out of my hand. It was less than 6 inches from the slot, but it hit the slot, slightly bumped another plate, and broke. Hombene claims that their dinnerware is made of bone china, but bone china does not break easily. The dinnerware is heavy and takes up more space in my cabinets than my other dinnerware. I have had to rearrange things to fit it in. If I had known all these things, especially the breakage, I would not have bought this set. Also, I was willing to pay for a replacement, but they said that they can’t give out replacements but suggested that I buy another whole set to replace them!
