I have owned this chair for 7 months now! 1. Super easy to put together. 2. My shoulders, neck and head are extremely supported with how big the back rest area is. 3. I can sit on this chair for up to 7 hours straight without any aching or strain. (haven’t attempted longer) On the scale of Bad - Good - Great. The material quality is GOOD. I would say it’s a little sensitive to getting scratched and discolored. But if you are someone who takes really good care of their things you could avoid these things from happening. I tend to throw this chair around when I vacuum so. But either way, because of the affordable price point and comfortability, I really don’t care if it gets scratched or discolored. This chair is the most comfy office chair I've had in all my five years of working from home. It's also the most gorgeous I've owned. This chair took about 30-40 minutes to assemble, came with every piece needed and clear instructions. THE ROCKING FUNCTION IS OUT OF THIS WORLD. I am an avid rocker - not ACDC, more Granny. This chair is the best, most comfortable rocker I've found in an office chair build yet. If you need motion while typing 12 hours straight, this is it, people. One thing I did notice is a small tear on one side of the chair which was a bit of a bummer. The faux leather used, I'm not sure how well it'll hold up. Time will tell. But in relation to how awesome everything else is with the chair, it didn't deserve a ding. All in all, very satisfied with this purchase. ... show more

I have had this chair about a year and a half - the cushions have flattened quite a bit over time but still relatively comfortable. No issues with the wheels, rolling, rock functions, easy to put together. The only complaint I have is the armrest has already cracked where I rest my elbow/weight. Seems this should have held up better for the short time frame. Perhaps they need to reinforce or add some type of additional pad on the arms. The white is really pretty and accents my space well, but does pick up a lot of dirt and unfortunately some paint off my desk. Overall, knowing this wasn’t a top level grade office chair it was a good purchase - I keep a throw over it as your legs do stick if in shorts, and eventually I’ll have to try to repair the armrest so it doesn't start looking awful. ... show more

This is a nice chair. Well made. I made a slight mod because I'm not a silver person, so I used a nice matte gold spray paint and changed the silver to gold. It turned put really nice. I'm happy with the purchase overall.

I work from home, so having a really comfortable chair that supports my back and provides me a nice place to sit for 8 hours is really important to me. I ordered this chair in March 2023 and was really happy with it at first. Sleek, easy to put together, and comfortable. I then had an issue with it because after I sat on it while wearing leggings, the entire seat and armrests turned black from the fabric. No other furniture I own turns black from my leggings. I reached out to the seller and they were kind enough to provide me a replacement for the seat and the two armrests at no charge. I went through the whole summer and didn't wear leggings. However, I am now in Oct 2023 and wearing leggings again. The chair seat and armrests are black again, but there is also a lot of wear to the chair in general. I understand I sit in it a lot, but the seat lost its comfort factor. Additionally, I lean on the left armrest a lot and it shows - there is a large indent on it. The fake leather material is just not for me and the chair no longer looks attractive. I wish it lasted longer considering how much I paid for it. ... show more

Updated 2024 Review (2nd chair): I purchased a new chair to replace my old one (same product) since the previous one had worked out so well. The first one was the white one, and my most recent purchase was the black one. Once I got the new one assembled, I was shocked when I sat in it. It was horribly uncomfortable. I measured the seat depth of the new chair and the seat depth is more than 2 inches shorter than the old one. It looks like they moved the screw holes on the seat, so now the seat back sits fully on top of the seat (taking up part of the back section of the seat) instead of actually being behind the seat. Now I have almost no support for my legs which extend several inches past the end of the seat. I'm not sure why Amazon won't allow me to submit a second review for the second chair that I purchased since I actually purchased a different color this time. Therefore I'm replacing my previous 5-star review with a 1-star review which is based on my most recent purchase. 2020 Review: I have had this chair for 4 years now as my primary desk chair and am now looking to replace it with a new one. The chair is still in great shape visually, but the seat cushion is getting compressed and losing its padding. This chair is very comfortable and it lasted longer than I expected an inexpensive desk chair to last. I looked up my previous order to see when I had purchased the chair, and it's also less expensive now than when I purchased it 4 years ago. ... show more
