Shipped faster than expected and all three of my boxes arrived together. No missing parts or hardware. Assembly wasn't bad. My father in law helped us and we had it put together in under 2 hours. It seems sturdy enough. My husband approves and loves having the ottoman on the end for lounging. My kids seem to like it to. I like the color and fabric. It looks pretty nice and is a good length with lots of sitting space. We didn't have the money to spend $1300 on a new sofa so this was a good purchase for us. It does take a little time for the cushions to fully expand but no problems there. There isn't much padding on the back rest cushions. They are a bit thin and the couch maybe runs a tad firm, but I still like it overall and no complaints considering the price. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Perfect! We recently just moved into a new house and I've been wanting a modular sectional for the longest time and finally decided on this one. I'm so glad I did. Pictures does not do it justice. The size is great, the material is great, it's sturdy and comfortable. I was worried about the height of the back rest but it's actually perfect and very comfortable. I've noticed most complain about these couches being super low to the ground and it's actually the same if not a little higher then my old one. When standing the couch comes behind my knees and I'm 5'4". Legs can be changed tho if you want it to be higher. I can't review to the ease of cleaning yet but I'm sure it won't be long as I have kids 🥴 the shipping was super fast. I ordered on the 16th and 3 of the boxes arrived on the 20th and the last box arrived the next day. 5 days earlier then estimated delivery. Assembly was super easy. It almost took longer just to unbox it then the actual putting it together. (Powered drill will make things much faster) An hour and a half all together. The seats are very thick and wide. I love that the arm rest are slanted as we are big couch loungers and it actually gives access to all of the couch and not having to scoot down so much. They are zippered and velcroes on. This is my only con that I wish they would do differently. They do make you fully aware that the couch will come in more then one box and may come separately in shipping. But they do not provide different tracking. When I received my first 3 boxes each box said 1 out of 3, 2 out of 3, 3 out of 3. Meanwhile the order on Amazon was showing it hadn't even been shipped out yet. So I assumed that was all I would be receiving untill I unboxed them and realized I was missing several pieces. I checked the order on Amazon and it finally showed it was out for delivery that day. Thankfully the last package came that day as I had done unboxed everything. I wish they would provide tracking for each set of boxes going out together so you know if you have received it all or not. Besides that, I couldn't be more happy with this purchase. For the price, your not gonna find a better couch. After receiving it myself I'm convinced anyone who says anything bad about it is just trying to gatekeep 🤣 buy it! Cleaning Update: I have kids so I knew accidents were bound to happen 😭 so far it has been extremely easy to clean. Dirt, make up(daughter got into my eye shadow), blue sucker, red Gatorade, all have came out super easy. That was also with just spot cleaning. ... show more

How hard is to ship everything correctly. You would think that putting a sticker on 3 boxes would be easy but I guess not. Only received part of the couch. Assembled the available pieces. The sides are missing. The back of the couch doesn't have enough cushioning. Very uncomfortable

I purchased a 3 seat couch and chair. The couch was longer than I expected. I was able to combine the chair with one of the couch sections for 2 beautiful seating areas. They are very comfortable. The material is soft. I love the color I chose. I put it together myself and it took no time at all.

first, the quality seems fine to me. solid. the measurments ARE actually accurate. THAT's the place I expected the screw up. The seat without back pillows is only like 3- 4" thinner than a twin size bed. And very comfortable. Does that redeem it in my eyes? NO. BC the blue they showed was a beautiful blue. Like several other slightly smaller couches. It says navy blue. but I saw other couches that said the same thing OR just blue. And they were the same beautiful blue. Are you catching on that my problem is not JUST bc its supposed to be true navy blue. It's some grayed out even uglier color than navy blue. This is for studio apartment with a bed and couch. Neither of which goes with the linens, curtains and pillows. And worse yet, I cant imagine finding anything that is attractive and goes with this "navy blue'. You might not care, In which case, get it! Unfortunately for me, I did not come this far to fail. I bought a couch before online. It wasn't even the same style as pictured.
