Honestly, we love it. I was scared to buy but saw good reviews so took the chance. 2/3 boxes arrived and I was able to build the whole couch minus the arm rests. The 3/3 box arrived the next day and I put the whole couch together. I saw reviews about the poor back support, we have ours against the wall so it’s not a big deal - the back pillows are good too. The back pillows aren’t connected as I saw a review that said that - but it’s not a big deal - they don’t really fall down?? It’s super comfy and ours aren’t even expanded all the way yet. Deffff buy this. It’s perfect for a small living room or apartment! The photo is itJUST put together so you can really tell how fluffy it is! The material is soft and the two layered couch adds an extra comfy thickness to it. Another thing I saw was that you’d need a second person but it took me about an hour by myself and it wasn’t difficult literally at all… and you don’t need a drill. I would 1000% buy again and might consider buying a bigger couch from same brand when we move. ... show more

It would have received 5 stars but A) the back cushions are lacking (not terrible, though. You may need to grab additional support to compensate. B) When moving it after it was assembled, it had some give in places. Sturdy and stable when not moving it. And C) the shipper uses FedEx so expect the packages at least 24-48 hours late and to be delivered anywhere but your door. If not for how surprised I was with the couch as a whole, FedEx was so incompetent, I was tempted to give this 1 star. Assessment: 1) Couch is bigger than expected. Easily sits 5 6' 215lb men, shoulder to shoulder. Back, couch height are on par with similar setups if not a little better with this one. 2) Seat cushions are comfortable and after spending a night on them, pleasantly surprised just how comfortable. 3) Arm rests are pretty good softness wise. 4) Less than 2 hour setup by myself using only the Allen (L-shaped) wrench provided. Instructions are simple enough to look over once and then build away. 5) Definitely good value and quality for what you spend. 6) Give it a full 24 hours to settle, it'll be worth it! ... show more

I really wanted to love this couch, but after living with it, I’m thoroughly disappointed. If you are looking for a cozy spot to relax, this isn't it. The Main Issues: • Lack of Comfort: The back cushions are very firm and don't have the "sink-in" softness you’d expect for a living room sofa. It’s quite stiff and uncomfortable for long periods. • Small Proportions: The couch is very narrow/small. There is definitely not enough room to cuddle up comfortably and watch a movie. • No Versatility: I considered buying extra ottomans to help extend the width and make it more functional, but that isn't even an option offered by the company. Because of the lack of comfort and the cramped size, I’m donating this and headed to Living Spaces to find something that actually works for a home environment. ... show more

Shipped faster than expected and all three of my boxes arrived together. No missing parts or hardware. Assembly wasn't bad. My father in law helped us and we had it put together in under 2 hours. It seems sturdy enough. My husband approves and loves having the ottoman on the end for lounging. My kids seem to like it to. I like the color and fabric. It looks pretty nice and is a good length with lots of sitting space. We didn't have the money to spend $1300 on a new sofa so this was a good purchase for us. It does take a little time for the cushions to fully expand but no problems there. There isn't much padding on the back rest cushions. They are a bit thin and the couch maybe runs a tad firm, but I still like it overall and no complaints considering the price. ... show more

Very comfortable and just like the picture; Assembly was very easy and cushions fluffed up quickly The boxes the couch comes in are VERY heavy (up to 100lbs) so just keep that in mind if you live in an apt with stairs!

    • Wouldnt Buy Again

This didnt come with enough feet. I asked for the replacement foot to be shipped but the company refused. I've had this couch since January and the seat cushions are quality, but the back cushions are very uncomfortable and flat and the arms of the couch are falling off.

Overall, we are really enjoying this couch. The delivery was seamless as it arrived in three separate boxes that were easy to bring inside before unboxing. It’s a great size for family time and very comfortable, though it does take a little time to 'break in' the initial stiffness of the cushions. The only downside was the assembly process, which was more difficult than expected. However, once it’s put together, it’s a solid and cozy piece of furniture. We bought the L shaped couch. The couch itself is great! It was easy to put together and is exactly as pictured. Before I ordered, I saw reviews that had issues with shipping, so here is my experience. The seller specifies that the couch ships in three boxes. First of all, the first package arrived 4 days later than the Amazon shipping estimate. The seller uses FedEx instead of Amazon, which means that Amazon offers no way to track the second and third packages. Once the first package arrived, I had no way to track the next packages or know if they were shipped at all. I ended up emailing the company and they were able to send me the tracking codes for the other two boxes, which arrived 3 days after the first one. Overall, the couch itself was a great purchase. Very comfortable, deep seating, and just the right size for our space. Unfortunately, the company is not very transparent with shipping. As the customer, I wish they could include all of the package tracking numbers in Amazon! ... show more
