I thought I’d found a bargain but you get what you pay for. This is poorly made, flimsy. The color we purchased was grey and it’s not even CLOSE to the color picture. It’s so light!! Barely grey. It’s uncomfortable and the cushions are thin, not at all cloud-like. It was missing parts when it arrived and was a huge pain to put together. It’s been a week of talking with customer service and they STILL haven’t shipped the missing parts. TERRIBLE customer service experience!! It’s also very short and practically sits on the floor. Would not buy again. **Update: it’s been nearly 2 weeks of asking for the missing parts for this item and still emailing back and forth. STILL no signs of them sending me the missing pieces.

They delivered it two days after i ordered it. Came in 3 boxes and they weren’t too big. Gotta open all the boxes to see all the parts, the instruction was simple and very clear, took me around 35 mins to put them together. The back cushion is kinda thin, but the rest is pretty comfy. But the price im not complaining, this is a great buy

Before I purchased this sofa it was 5 stars, then when I got it, it dropped to 3.4. I am giving this purchase 4 stars because I wanted and needed a dark grey sofa, this is far from dark in color. One of the Legs came broken, this sofa is so low to the floor, perfect for toddlers, not for me, I had to purchase 6 inch legs almost a $100 on Amazon. The only reason I didn’t return this product is the hassle of repackaging and shipping.

Very disappointed. The picture and description of the couch is very misleading. The color is a light gray instead of dark. The durability and fluffiness of the cushions are not up to par. They are very thin after 3 days of allowing them to form. The legs are lower than pictured and my third shipment keeps getting postponed for a warehouse not listed. Went to the site and it’s not available for purchase either. It’s a no!
