Ill start with Cons: The app is a little shady. Some things arnt in English and it wants me to download another thing every time I open it. It also wants access to my location. It doesn't need that. You cannot get white as a color if you choose white the lights are blue. Pros: the tree is beautiful, the lights are bright, the branches are very full looking with minimal fluffing. The media could not be loaded. I really wanted a Twinkly tree but I couldn't justify the price for a 9 foot tree so I settled for this one. As I was putting it up, I didn't think the lights or the tree were going to look full but it filled out well. The lights are perfect and adjustable to your liking and the app works just fine. I don't like how far the plug sits out from the wall as I hit it several times when decorating the tree and knocked it sideways thinking I broke it but thankfully it didn't break. The tree arms are kind of flimsy and seems like they would fall off but they won't, they're just loose I'm assuming so you can maneuver the arms how you need them. I did have a couple of single branches fall off as I was fluffing which is the reason for the 4 stars. In the end I love how my tree came out and happy I purchased this tree.

The media could not be loaded. I got the 9ft tree. Took about an hour to properly fluff ALL the branches, there are a lot so it could be easy to miss one. The small branches were really bunched up out of the box. I’d say it fills in quite nicely. Easy to set up, easy to use app (not required but it could be tedious clicking through all the light patterns). There are over 40 different light combinations. No major computer skills required to use the app. I would totally recommend this tree to anyone not wanting to get a real tree.

It's a beautiful tree. I love the light show. The app wants to attach to blue tooth and I don't mind. Then it wants to access my microphone so the lights on the tree can sync with the music in my home. My favorite setting is the color show I call steady rainbow. My neighbor said "I've never seen colored lights like that before.". I'm happy. I'm quite elderly but I was able to figure out the app and put the tree together myself. On the box it arrived in was a big sticker that said " HEAVY". Oh... one more thing, the connections for the lights, where you have to push in, then screw together, are marked with orange tape. Look for that. Orange tape.

You have to fuss with it a bit and move some lights on branches, but it set up easily and looks beautifully full once it’s set up. App set up was very easy. I did lose two small branches but it didn’t affect the tree at all. Will update about shedding but pleasantly surprised that there are very little needles on the ground after a lot of fluffing. My kid absolutely loved that we can change the colors to anything we want.

The tree is not full at all. Even with so fluffing, you see right through it too easily. While fluffing, branches 2 branches came right off, the app is not an app you can find in the app stores. It's an outside source to be downloaded to your phone, the lighs are also not built into the tree. The base comes with 3 screws and one of them didnt want to stay in or go back in once tree was in it. They are just a fancy strand wrapped around the branches throughout it. For 180 bucks, I am furious and will return.

The media could not be loaded. I normally put my tree up December 1st but I couldn’t wait any longer. I had this in my cart just waiting for it to come back in stock and as soon as it was available I bought it. I LOVE everything about this tree (except the decorations my kids chose this year lol)! The lights are bright (when you want them to be), the app is amazing with all of the color combos and light patterns/speeds you can create. I bought the 6ft, I was skeptical when it came out of the box but it fluffed out so nicely, not to mention set up was a BREEZE! I couldn’t be happier with this purchase especially at such a great price! I’ve sent it to everyone I know that’s looking for a new tree!
