It's cute, looks nice and feel okay. BUT it smells horrible. Like a fish tank. I tried airing it out, wiping it down and even washing it! Nothing helped and I can't use it smelling this like. So unfortunately I do not recommend.

I wanted a of-the-moment cool-girl/boy/person slouchy bag that wasn’t too big for my small, short self and that I didn’t need to be too precious about. This is perfect. I’m 5’1 and it looks proportionate on me. Still big enough to fit everything needed for a chill weekend in the city (a book to read performatively, notebooks to journal and make aspirational collages in, a pouch for your skincare routine, wallet, phone, a snack, maybe a bottle of wine; not quite big enough for a vinyl record but that’s what souvenir tote bags are for). Quality is about equal to what you’d get at a big box store but price is much better. Texture and drape of the PU looks like soft leather and the stitching detail makes it look a bit more “crafted” while still being minimalist and effortless. The black is inky perfect and hides a multitude of sins; I’m not sure if some of the other colors would be so forgiving. I’m very sensitive to smell but this has no bad odor at all. 5/5 happy to use it until it falls apart like my last PU tote did. ... show more
