This light is made from plastic, but you would NEVER know it from how it looks, once mounted. The pieces screw in and this can be a bit difficult as you add them, as they need to be fluffed out. Off, it looks like branches, in it is a radiating stunning piece you cannot stop looking at and adds a touch of glamor to your ceiling and room! Why pay for glass when plastic looks stunning! Wow! What a beautiful light! I was a little skeptical but it only took me 10 minutes to install it and it's beautiful! Note the bulb size, Amazon has some great g9 bulbs for cheap. I'd do 25 watt bulbs myself. I put this in my 1 year olds room and it's SO cute! I've installed 6 lights in my house so far in the last week and this one was the easiest. The size is a little bit smaller than I anticipated, however, it’s still very beautiful in the room. my only major complaint is the range of/amount of light emitted. Light is now centred in the middle. it does not disperse much because of the crystal attachments. additionally, the beads are secured with earring backings. Would have appreciated them to be secured with the clips or facets that don’t have the potential to slide or fall off. Easy to install. Annoying to screw all the decorative fixtures on (BUT - makes for great storage if you want to take it down). Quality seems good and would recommend to style up a small room or closet. ... show more

I bought the gold with the pull chain. I bought a ceiling medallion and sprayed it gold. I used this in a third floor bedroom. Easy to install. It looks so beautiful. I get so many compliments. It is stunning.

I got this light for a small, dark closet. My husband and I love it! Installation was a little bit tricky and kind of irritating, but it was worth it in the end. It’s so pretty and gives off plenty of light.
