Solid
Size: 1. 13" Push Black
This is well-constructed and purpose-built. It is easily mounted under the bar with clear instructions as I did. It is substantially thick metal construction and the push-in mechanism is crisp and seems as if it will last a good long time. Very pleased.

Don’t buy. Company does not back their products
Size: 2. 16" Push Black
We purchased this item four months ago. The lock broke last month and we have been trying to get a replacement lock but HK will not send us one per Amazon customer service. And we have searched online for HK customer service number but they do not publish one.

Easy to use and very good quality
Size: 2. 16" Push Black
Our employees are very satisfied with the drawer, the cash compartment could be slightly wide.

Great product
Size: 2. 16" Push Black
This product came as advertised. The pattern to use in mounting the under counter brackets does not match the actual bracket holes; but using a cordless drill and the screws provided was easy to mount. It just takes and extra set of hands due to the weight of the cash drawer. Also, I had read the reviews before hand and already expected the template to not work correctly.
