This 7-inch springform cake pan from HIWARE has quickly become one of my favorite kitchen tools. I primarily picked it up to use with my Instant Pot and it fits perfectly — no issues with sizing whatsoever. The non-stick coating is excellent and cakes, cheesecakes, and other baked goods release cleanly every single time without any sticking or tearing. The leakproof design is the standout feature for me. I was skeptical at first but the clasp and seal are tight and secure, and I have had zero leaks even with thinner batters. The build quality feels sturdy and well-made — not flimsy or thin like some cheaper pans I have used in the past. Cleaning is a breeze. Everything wipes off easily and it is also dishwasher safe, which is a huge plus for everyday use. Great but rust

LOVE it! I have used this leak proof cheesecake pan several times and it does not disappoint. However, I do line with with parchment paper just in case. I am positive it would work without it but I do like to protect my food from non-stick pans.

Truly elevated my wife's cheesecake game.

This pan is a dream for making/cutting and eating cheesecakes, but butter will leak through when in the oven causing smoke to blow from my oven and the occasional flare-up, this is easily resolved with a catch pan underneath. Mind you butter and not batter ever gets through. Excellent pan for basque cheesecake

I used this pan to make my raspberry lemonade basque cheese cake. Works great. Of course I take butter and rub along the edges and bottom of the pan. Anyways great pan. Didn’t have any issues. Would buy again. It virtually is non stick. After I cut the cheese cake into 10 pieces just using hot water removed most of everything that was left. Slight swipe with a soapy sponge and hot water, boom, finished. Always hand wash this. I’ve made the mistake of the dishwasher in the past and it ruins baking tins. Everything cooked evenly.
