I ordered this electric bike having never ridden an e-bike before. I was a little nervous ordering one online, but I am so pleased with my purchase. It came well packaged and went together easily. The directions were not the best, but my husband didn't have any trouble. The height is a little on the taller side for me (I'm 5'5"). I can only touch my tippy toes to the ground with the seat post all the way down. It rides really nice, and the pedal assist is amazing! The battery life is surprisingly good. We have done several rides around the 20 mile mark and still have plenty of battery left. Hills are a snap with the assist and I really like having a throttle, especially to get started. 70 miles on it at burning man. one axle squeaking Battery charger gets very hot and takes over 6 hours to charge up with 2 bars. Still no link on thier site for a second battery. but looks similar to several other 36v makes Tops out at 19mph , im 235lbs I like the cruise control feature where you just pedal and it max out at that speed range with out using the grip. Overall decent look and fit. Well package. Chain looks to be rust resistant Instruction manual 9/10 pictures decent english. Wasn't that bad to assemble and tool kit included BUT pedals are cheap looking and feel cheap Derailleur Gears are plastic not metal. BIKE RIMS APPEAR TO BE TO NARROW FOR A MOUNTIAN BIKE TIRE. I hope they hold up Bike tires feel plasticly??? not rubberized as normal bike tires NO LINK TO EXTRA BATTERY ..... thats a NEAGTIVE - update the page ... show more

    • Battery does not last very long
It worked great for the first few days then suddenly the batter would take longer and longer to charge but last a shorter and shorter period after every charge. The price is great but I recommend getting a higher quality product.

    • Good until rear tire doesn't hold air
**UPDATE* Rear tire went flat for no apparent reason. Used 4 times 20 miles. So now I have to bring to a bike shop to get repaired. NOT HAPPY! Great E-Bike for the price. The bike came packaged very well no damage. There is minimal assembly, but the instructions are a little vague. Have taken them out for two rides so far over 10 miles and the battery is still fully charged. This is my first E-Bike and did not want to spend a whole lot of money to decide if I like them. So far these bikes are great! Would definitely recommend. ... show more

So this bike was very nice speed pickup ride was great special bike for taller then 5'5 I would recommend this one perfect for .,the downside is the bike came flat rear tire in the box so I tried filling several times I believe with all the reviews on amazon with flat tires from manufacturer there is a pin puncturer in the mists that goes around pinning tubes just because he can how else would it be from the machines? Idk maybe but very unlikely.i bought it Walmart 6$ & added it myself..anyway the disk for the brakes I had to hit with hammer tapping lightly to straighten out ..yes while on the bike if u should come across that justlook spin find the warp persicely stop it tapp it and your fine...so like taptaptap...anyway I'd recommend for one or the best bike out there with replacement batteries goodluck hope this helps ... show more

UPDATE: I’ve now had my bike for a few weeks and one complaint I have is the speedometer- it doesn’t accurately reflect the distance travelled. Once pedal assist is turned on, it will only capture miles/km travelled at the top speed in that mode. So if I pedal and go faster than the assisted speed, mileage doesn’t get counted. First time riding an ebike and I love it. Fairly easy to assemble. Brakes squeal a bit but customer service from the company has been, so far, amazing. It is easy to ride and I love the throttle assist when starting off. I wish it had a few more riding gears so that I could slow down on pedals when in pedal assist mode (which is why I only gave it 4 stars). Ridden over 35 miles and still have 3 bars of battery life left. ... show more
