I never thought that I would use a sound bar. But I’ve been watching some shows where I was missing the background and the sound effects and I wanted to hear those so I ordered the sound bar is more than what I expected. The surroundsound is really good. I did not anticipate how well or how much I would like the way it sounds but I really appreciate the beauty, especially when I’m watching something like a nature show where you can hear all the background and you wanna hear the sound of the trees and the noise and all of the things that you wanna hear and you feel like you’re there. I do not require an annoying 'loud' automated voice telling me the device is connected/paired. Half the house can hear it. Enough of that please. How about a softer voice OR 'no' voice at all. A Green/Red Light if connected/'not' connected would suffice. Also, why is the volume set to even numbers only? Why is the volume scale limited to this? Makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. Product needs better volume range/control. Easy 5 Star Product if not for the above issues. Connectivity and Sound are great.. Price vs Product is well balanced. I could recommend 'IF' you dont mind automated voice yelling at you after power up. :-) ... show more

It arrived it great shape packaging was very good. I thought the item was easy to setup, my setup took less than two minutes. I have a Hisense Smart TV so my Hisense/ROKU remote worked immediately with no additional setup. I think it was a good purchase!

I was a bit worried cause the reviews were a bit low on this product, but I like to match the brands on soundbar and TV as it usually promotes interoperability. I have a 65 Hisense Roku tv, used arc hdmi and it was instantly connected to tv, tv volume and subwoofer with zero effort. The sound was surprisingly good. The goal is to get sound better than the crappy tv speakers and I was shocked with this little speakers ability to create a somewhat surround feel that is super crisp. If your expectations are an audiophile surround sound that can fill a concert hall, I suggest you look elsewhere. If you want to spend a couple bucks to improve your tvs audio by orders of magnitude and have it up and running in 2 mins this is a great option. ... show more

    • Most Annoying Piece of Tech I've Ever Owned

First off...sounds great for the price. I'll give them that. Super easy set-up with Hisense TV BUT!...every single time it turns on or you navigate settings/menus for the soundbar there is a loud, annoying male voice that announces what you're doing. When it turns on it says "Power ON. HDMI aRC. Subwoofer Paired." and there is no way to turn it off or adjust the volume of it. I can't stand it. Makes me want to throw the thing out of my house. I can completely understand why Hisense would add this but I can't for the life of me figure out how somebody, just ONE person who works there, didn't say "Hold on guys, that's the most annoying thing we could have done with this. Let's give them the option to turn it off." It might sound stupid to some people reading this but I just want my TV/Soundbar to turn on without loudly announcing a 4-5 second phrase each time. I won't buy Hisense again because of this. ... show more
