  • Pretty darn decent.
Size: 55-Inch
Great picture did have a little lag at first with the remote to the TV when I first got it but since then the issue resolved itself. Don't care much for the application layout and I think Roku did that better. However the picture is crystal clear and gorgeous coloring. Finding certian settings was a tad difficult and the sound i don't use since I have a sound bar. Pretty good for the price. ... show more

  • Great tv
Size: 55-Inch
I’m really impressed with the picture quality on this tv. The 4K resolution is clear, and the colors are vibrant thanks to the QLED. It was easy to set up and the built-in Fire TV works great, everything is snappy and easy to navigate. It’s a fantastic value for a 55-inch screen!

  • I feel manipulated, lied to & duped by Hisense & Amazon!!!
Size: 43-Inch
Let me start by saying if I could give this tv NO ☆s I would!!! SMH🤬 So I purchased this tv during Prime Day in Oct 2025...I was soooo excited to FINALLY be done with Roku tvs bcuz of ALL the glitches, random screen blackouts, sound card issues etc...I thought for sure Hisense/Amazon tv were gonna finally be the answer to ALL those issues I dealt with for a decade+ from Roku tvs, especially considering Hisense is ranked #2 WORLDWIDE smart tv brand these daze!?!? Oh was I badly mistaken & so very VERY wrong!!! I NEVER in a million years thought I'd say or feel this way but "I miss my Roku smart tvs!" This Hisense/Amazon tv has had so many issues since DAY 1 when I unboxed it & turned it on!!!! One of the selling points for me was the built in AirPlay, well AirPlay didn't even work to start with, then it has become hit or miss when it wants to work & connect! This Hisense/Amazon tv has very limited space on it (only 9.56 GB & a cpl of those Gigs are already used up from the built in crap that can't uninstall!) The apps the user downloads not only take up space BUT their cache uses space too & regularly have to clear the cache like with a smartphone or tablet...The streaming apps have all different kinds of glitches some just absolutely intolerable & the apps have a force close option like on a smartphone or tablet as well but clearing the cache, force closing, uninstalling & redownloading them still make NO difference!!! The tv automatically turns off on its own (and NO its NOT the sleep setting theres NOWHERE in the settings to change this dumb AF "feature/issue"), even when u pause a show in a streaming app, if stays paused for too long it will go back to the main screen OR just turn off as well! (WTF)!?!? Hulu sometimes will just quit in the middle of a show & go back to the main screen, sometimes excessively, Paramount when watching show it will excessively glitch out like its skipping or buffering & NO amount of cache clearing, force stopping, uninstall, reinstall has fixed either one of these issues (so I've also been paying for streaming apps that I've been unable to properly use/watch, fault of Hisense/Amazon NOT the streaming apps/platforms! WTF WTF!?!?) The user interface is frustrating AF, its a headache & NOT seamless whatsoever. Only 6 streaming apps on the main screen, to access any of a users other apps have to click all the way to end of menu then go into seperate app section which has soooooo many unnecessary Amazon apps cluttering it & you can't uninstall them either!? So you say to yourself, "Ok, I'll turn on the developer options, then I can solve at least a couple of these intolerable unnecessary issues, RIGHT!?" NOPE, the developer options are insulting, are a joke & are basically nonexistent!!! This tv has been more of an upsetting negative mental health stress & trigger then ANY Roku tv I've EVER had (and thats REALLY saying something folks!). I honestly feel manipulated, lied to & duped by this P.O.S Hisense & Amazon sold me during Prime Days (and I am adamant about doing my due dilligence of days, weeks, months, years long research & comparing when it comes to a purchase/investment like this as well!) 🚫🛑DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS TV FOLKS!!!!🛑🚫 ... show more

  • Performance vs Affordability vs Intent
Size: 65-Inch
For this review I will skip the Pros and Cons and just get to the point. Nice TV for the price at the time and the size. I knew prior to ordering TVs using FireTV OS typically aren't that good compared to Roku or Google TV OSs. This one is no different, as you can read other reviews around this. With this said, I initially had this TV for just showing HDMI output, no Wifi connectivity. This worked just fine, the TV stayed on most of the time unless intentionally turned off, and the TV turned on to navigate to HDMI within like 10 - 15 seconds. But once I changed that so that I can use Airplay straight to the TV, therefore, I had to connectivity to Wifi, the load time from power on is now like 60 - 90 seconds. Also, in both setups, the menu navigation is also sluggish. But again I bought the TV knowing this so I cannot give it less than 4 out of 5. Also, Airplay works just fine once connected, and I don't notice any performance degradation. But I don't see why they cannot optimize the performance on FireTVs... But I guess its for affordability. Outside of the performance, the other minor issue was the frame on the TV I have has a small gap between the screen and the front frame towards the bottom of TV. Not visible unless you standing above the TV, but its a thing. I did not see any dead pixels so thats good. And as for the goods, well, the screen is nice, as I said no dead pixels on mine. Physically the TV is good, stand is solid enough. For what I use it for and what I got out of it so far, its a 4 out of 5. ... show more

The picture quality is stunning, with vibrant colors, deep contrast, and sharp 4K detail that makes movies, sports, and streaming content look amazing. The Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos support creates a truly immersive viewing experience. The AI Light Sensor automatically adjusts the brightness based on the room lighting, which is a great feature for comfortable viewing day or night. The built-in Fire TV interface is easy to navigate, and the Alexa Voice Remote makes finding content quick and convenient. Also the Motion Rate 120 provide a smoother action scenes and the Game Mode Plus, which provides responsive gameplay with minimal lag. • Very Pleased, Good Value, Be Patient with Setup
Size: 50-Inch
This is an excellent television for the price. Have had it for 3 days now. We can see a discernable difference in the picture quality between this set and the last one we had. Images are so clear and defined that it almost looks like we're watching live action compared to other screens. It did take a bit of effort to set it up properly and connect to the apps we use. As I set it up it prompted me to set a new Amazon password, which I did, but then it wouldn't give me access to Prime video. It prompted me to sign up for Prime (which I already have). After some research I found that the new password actually created a secondary account and the TV was logged into that secondary account. I reset everything and went back through setup again. I was prompted to again set up yet another new password for my Amazon account, so I did. This time, though, I entered actual usernames and passwords rather than using the QR code scanner and trying to do it the "easy way." The second time around it all worked fine. I do think that there is some lag when switching between apps, but that does not bother us. The processing speed is fine. There are a variety of visual settings and sound settings. The sleep timer works great. The remote and the menus are easy to use. We are very pleased with this purchase. ... show more

  • Great picture quality, does everything it should. Great picture quality, does everything it should.
Size: 50-Inch
Needed a 50" TV for my outside patio and this fits the bill nicely. Great price for 4K QLED TV (like $260 for 50"). Excellent quality for watching sports or movies, YouTube, Hulu + liveTV, Max, Disney+, etc. Connects easily to my headphones with Bluetooth. The FIRE OS is simple to navigate and has all the Apps needed. Have this on a mobile TV stand and this TV screws in easily with the screws and spacers that come with stand. Its not my main TV for indoors which that is mini QLED but the screen quality on this is absolutely clear (better than my 2021 Samsung 4K), it connects to my wifi router indoors with no issues, it can take about 30 seconds-1min to initially load when first turning on after being outside (with TV cover + patio cover) all night but once running the lag time of switching Apps, navigation thru shows etc is no issue. Recommend as great quality for price point. Edit after 2 weeks: sometimes the TV can run into loading issues (like with Hulu), such as during an NFL game the screen will freeze while I still get sound. This is annoying obviously if you’re watching a big game. Its hard for me to know if its the TV or my WiFi connection as the issue, but its probably the WiFi as I don't get this issue with my TVs indoors. I'm not removing a star for this reason as the screen picture quality is absolutely 5 stars. May have to look at a wifi extender as next step for outdoors. ... show more
