Description

This 3-speed dehumidifier with built-in pump conveniently pumps the water to a sink or drain.     • Missing parts. Error code within 24hours.
Product arrived missing parts to connect the provided drain hose to the unit. It is also missing pieces for the filter. Didn't come with a manual, just a QR code to view the manual. QR Code doesn't take you to the manual. Figured I'd try to run it anyways and just empty the bucket when it filled up. Its been running less than 24 hours and it already has an error code for E9 and there is no water in the bucket whatsoever. Very unhappy with this purchase. ... show more

The compressor never work from the day i got it . Only the fan so it would never pull any moisture . When I tried to return it said came from another source other than amazon.

The unit arrived quickly in pristine condition, not a scratch on it. Despite trying for over 24 hours, it never removed any water. I didn't hear the compressor turn on. All switches worked as expected but did not remove any moisture. After a few hours it gave an E9 code. This can happen if you buy it new, from any vendor or Amazon, so I can't fault Amazon. They handled the return very easily but when they get it back I'm sure it will be a little worse for wear as I saw the man at the UPS drop off toss the box onto a pile. It didn't come with a manual and Hisense doesn't have a manual so I found a similar item. Instead it comes with a QR code, a useless QR code. Scan it and you'll get a manual for an air conditioner. Can't make this up. I would have reordered another unit but found one with a better warranty. Amazon did a great job with the return. Some people hate Amazon but I have a lot of good things to say about them. ... show more
