SO I just got it, unboxing was easy. Set up easy. The pairing of the remote to the TV was easy even though I read some reviewers saying they couldnt do it, or had a hard time getting it to pair Follow what the TV tells you to do for the pairing and its a piece of cake. Picture quality isnt GREAT, but its really good.... again think price point here. I got mine on black Friday so it was only 158 bucks, but even at the price it is now(188) as of this review, Id say go for it. So many things to do and watch for free..lotsa bells and whistles, talking into the remote is really a nice advantage too. There is an old saying, you get what you pay for, and I think that holds true for this TV. Would I buy it for 250 bucks? NO way, but for 160-190ish bucks, heck ya! ... show more

Not a bad TV for the price, decent picture. Sound isn't bad, not the best. I have a Bose Solo to compliment the sound. The Google features work well and I enjoy that it has Bluetooth for when I watch shows at night. Plenty of options. Wish I could figure how to upgrade the software.

the bottom half of screen is either all line or foggy or both depending on what it decides to do also top right corner had a 2 inch black box that ran to center of screen and had varying number of vertical lines in it ...... truly disappointing i have a hisense 40 inch NOT SMART tv that is over 10 years old maybe 15that still works which was why i went with hisense ........amazon did the right thing after UPS screwed up the pick up by not showing up and applied my refund to a different tv after several hours multiple times on the phone ..... would have been nice if amazone would have done the right thing on first phone call .... but better late than never ....... i fulfilled all my obligations for the return and it was not my fault UPS [whom amazon hired] failed to do their job [imo UPS and FEDEX drivers in my area are very poor at their job but amazon drivers do great job bringing product to door fedex never does and UPS does sometime fedex leaves next to road abd they disappear a lot] and after i explained this for the umpteenth time amazon did the right thing and credited refund to account so i could replace tv b4 sold out as it was over $100 off reg price and UPS missed friday pickup which made it at least a 4 day delay ...... i have decided not to buy from companies that use fedex many times due to the driver here not following fedex protocols and bringing package to door....i may have to pay a bit more on amazon occasionally but amazon drivers here do a great job delivering my stuff ... show more

I replaced my older Hisense that my brother had given me several years ago. This one is thinner and lighter, which is great. It's not 4k but is HD, which I'm totally fine with. It has a headphone jack, which I like and the remote is much easier to use than others I've used. I had ordered another model first but didn't like the remote or the picture so went back to Hisense. You can't beat the price so I'm quite happy with this purchase! ... show more
