My first smart tv. This is for the bedroom. I read most reviews here and I want to clarify some things. I am pretty PC savy. Delivery- mine came via USPS (non prime) which was 1 day sooner than expected. Packaging- very good, no dings/dents. Good packaging. Assembly- 2 feet, 4 20mm Phillips screws. Simple. Hookups- I only use an OTA antenna. Setup- I used the Google option vs basic setup. Had to install the Google Home app on my phone and attached the TV to my account. Took 2 tries to attach my LAN. VERY SIMPLE and easy. I scanned my OTA channels, ~45, took about 5 minutes. About another 5 minutes to install all software automatically. Remote- there's no toggle between 2 channels that I can see. I find it easy to navigate in Google and OTA. A button is on the remote. (I have roku and a firestick). Video- I think is really good. OTA channels with less than 1080 do have black on both sides of the screen; same as my Sony Bravia. Audio- I think is good. Nothing like my Yamaha soundbar on my main TV, but acceptable. Volume is at 18; perhaps 20% of total volume. Settings- there's a ton. Video, audio, etc. Someone complained about the standby light, I turned it off. I haven't figured out the channel number entering process yet, but it's there. Other- haven't tried gaming or other modes. Processor speed is good. I bought it for $158 on sale, and if the TV holds up I think it's a bargain. I would spend more $$ for a bigger and better primary TV, but for the bedroom it exceeded my expectations. I would recommend.

I'm really pleased with the Hisense 32-Inch Class A4 Series FHD 1080p Google Smart TV that I recently acquired! My viewing experience is greatly improved by the breathtaking picture quality, which features vivid colors and sharp details. The Alexa connectivity adds simplicity for voice control, and I adore the included Chromecast, which makes streaming my favorite shows a snap. Sports and movies are enhanced by the amazing audio provided by the DTS Virtual:X sound function. A great plus for gaming and live events are the dedicated game and sports modes. All things considered, this TV is a must-have for anyone wishing to improve their entertainment setup because it provides amazing features at an affordable price!

I’ve only had this tv for less than a day but the quality is fantastic, especially given the price range. I always believe in getting a product for the cheapest you can get it while trying to not sacrifice performance too much. I played The First Descendant on it which looked BEAUTIFUL, the refresh rate was as good as my old monitor that cost the same price but was only 23 inches. I watched a movie on it and the color grading right out of the box is awesome. Not too saturated but also not grey at all. I HIGHLY recommend this TV for anyone looking for a TV that is versatile and does it all without wanting to break the bank.

It’s a really nice TV with great picture and sound (even came with batteries for the remote) but screwing in the stand was difficult as the screws didn’t line up quite right and were a little too big and setting up the accounts was not as simple as it should have been. Overall what should have taken 30 minutes max took 2 hours to do.

the bottom half of screen is either all line or foggy or both depending on what it decides to do also top right corner had a 2 inch black box that ran to center of screen and had varying number of vertical lines in it ...... truly disappointing i have a hisense 40 inch NOT SMART tv that is over 10 years old maybe 15that still works which was why i went with hisense ........amazon did the right thing after UPS screwed up the pick up by not showing up and applied my refund to a different tv after several hours multiple times on the phone ..... would have been nice if amazone would have done the right thing on first phone call .... but better late than never ....... i fulfilled all my obligations for the return and it was not my fault UPS [whom amazon hired] failed to do their job [imo UPS and FEDEX drivers in my area are very poor at their job but amazon drivers do great job bringing product to door fedex never does and UPS does sometime fedex leaves next to road abd they disappear a lot] and after i explained this for the umpteenth time amazon did the right thing and credited refund to account so i could replace tv b4 sold out as it was over $100 off reg price and UPS missed friday pickup which made it at least a 4 day delay ...... i have decided not to buy from companies that use fedex many times due to the driver here not following fedex protocols and bringing package to door....i may have to pay a bit more on amazon occasionally but amazon drivers here do a great job delivering my stuff
