It literally takes about 10 minutes with a common house hold steamer to bring it to life. Everyone who's complaining got it and laid on it after 4 minutes. 🙄 yes it's hard and uncomfortable and lumpy and weird because the foam has been compressed for who knows how long. Just steam it like you would any other plush object that's been vacuum sealed and it's great for the money. For 103 dollars what do you expect? Goose feathers? This is hands down the worst mattress I have ever slept on, DO NOT BUY! Night one was absolutely terrible, it was lumpy and woke up several times to readjust myself because it was so lumpy and literally hurt to sleep. Night two woke up with horrible hip pain because the buttons make this mattress so in even and lumpy Night theee I decided to cut all of the buttons off so the mattress would fluff up some more and not be as lumpy.. woke up with HORRIBLE lower back pain Night four… just woke up.. 2 hours before my alarm with severe muscle spasms in my upper back… This mattress is absolute garbage and I would not recommend this mattress to my worst enemy! It should be a literal crime to sell this pile of crap to people, if you are looking for a big comfortable mattress you’d be better off going to a back alley in a rough neighborhood and buying a mattress from a homeless drug addict, one covered in urine and blood… it would literally be 10 times more comfortable than this pile of back pain and trash! I am so livid that I spent 200 dollars on something that makes me rather sleep on me dogs bed in the fetal position! Save your money for something else!!!!!! ... show more

Mattress is very nice quality, very thick and very well made. only reason for 4 stars is that the tuft style makes the whole thing lumpy so not comfy although pretty. I would recommend this as one whole flat piece for maximum comfort without the tufts.

I was looking for something to put in my den for a quick nap, and I decided to give this a shot. Now, I don't have carpeting, which would make this more cushioned. I have tile floors. I have slept on this a few times, and it is a bit thin for me, but thankfully I have an extra mattress pad that I had laying around. With the both of them combined, this is just as comfy as a couch. The beauty of this is that you can roll it up for easy storage. pros; rolls up for easy storage comes with a cover for easy cleaning comes with carrying bag beautiful designs cons; on the thin side, but not as bad as others made it seem slight smell that goes away after a week or two overall, it works for what I needed it for. Great quality for a futon. Excellent for a spare bedroom, studio apartment, etc. Just a warning; after receiving it you cannot sit or sleep in it for 48 hours.
