This TV is perfect for what I wanted. I wanted to get a fire TV because it included the amazon app store, which is incredible. All the streaming apps I need are included in this store. I originally got the 24" Insignia TV, but I found it just a little small from the distance I had to place it, about 8 feet away. It, as well as this TV were wall mounted at the only place I could put it. The Insignia TV was also a great TV, so I decided to give it to my nephew's kids instead of returning it. This 32" TV was perfect, just as easy to setup, with the same excellent qualities. Now I can read everything on the screen. Picture/excellent, Sound/very good, ease of use/excellent, plus navigation and the remote are also excellent. Pros: vivid colors with easy synchronization with your streaming apps. Easy to use. Cons: sound quality could be better as it is slightly muted. Many have complained about the brightness of the power light when the unit is off. It is very disturbing at night if you use this in a bedroom. But I found a simple fix with the use of painters tape. This tape removes easily, and is dark enough to mute the bright light. It does not inhibit the function of the sensor. And this TV does not have analog connections for older model DVD players ... show more

Excellent value for the $$ spent. However, the sound needs to be "augmented" by a sound bar. But the TV itself has highly effective color and overall picture definition. But still trying to figure out how to adjust "aspect ratio" on it...as nothing on the instruction cover that feature. Manufacturer provided instructions for another TCL Smart TV...but NOT MY MODEL. This smart TV is not to big, not to small, was easy to set up, download apps, and is clear!! The only problem I'm having is finding a clock screen saver for night time when I fall asleep. I also don't like that it times out quickly and I have to look for my show again. Maybe Google will help.
