The main reason I purchased this security camera system was because it has the option of being wireless. This was important to me as most of the places where I needed it, I did not have electrical outlets available. The system I purchased came with three wireless cameras. They did have a wireless PTZ camera that I was very interested in purchasing and adding to this system. But I wasn't certain whether or not it would work. I sent an e-mail to them and asked if this camera worked with that system or not they promptly replied and told me absolutely yes it works with this system so I added that to my order and placed my order. The order came very quickly. Installation was easy hook up to the television in my case was easy connecting to my wireless Internet and adding it to my iPhone all was very easy. As you can see in the photo I am displaying all four cameras at one time on my 86 inch LG TV this system has a lot of features available that you can choose to customize such as blocking out parts of the cameras view that you do not want to activate your system you can also turn off or on alarms it has two way audio it has a great picture and sound is very sensitive and the price was half of anything close that I could even find and has twice as many features as any that I could find. The NVR and 1 out of the 3 cameras (the one inside a garage) stopped connecting within 3 to 4 months even when moved right next to router. The app only lets you view the remaining cameras for 10 min increments and the "wake up" button rarely works making you close and reopen the feed. It differentiates between "screen change" and "motion detected" but sends notifications for both leading to 100 "screen change" warnings a hour, I would recommend going with a better or at least different brand. ... show more

Very easy to install. I just followed the instructions exactly. Had a bit of a problem getting the notifications to phone working but after reading the trouble shooting guide got er done. This system was easy to set up and install and seems to be working really well. The pictures are clear, and I like that you can see all three areas at once, or you can look at one camera and zoom in if necessary. I called customer support on a Sunday and didn't get an answer, but a couple hours later, I got a call from Jon saying he saw that he had missed my call and was calling back to see if I needed help. I thought that was amazing. I'm still trying to figure out how to see the cameras on my laptop, but I'll call him back if I can't figure it out.
