I’m giving one star because there is so much about this that is misleading. You do not get one terabyte of storage. Yes, you can use the camera without paying any extra costs, but to use it in a way that has beneficial you end up paying more than the other brands because you have to pay for each individual camera and not the whole system. You have to pay extra just to be able to see your cameras when you are away from home or use any features. One of my cameras does not stay charged the whole time and there are several hours in a day it will be dead. It won’t even fully charge before the sun goes down. ... show more

Unreliable. Cameras take quite some time to be triggered when motion is detected often when the target of the video has almost moved completely out of camera range. I have set these cameras up for full-time recording they do not full-time record they still only look for motion. I only have used about 1% of my total storage capacity and there is no way to make these cameras record 24 hours a day. There are times that they will not trigger at all or the LED lights will turn on during the day and not at night. The AI function of determining when to record is extremely unreliable and much video is missed. If you don't purchase the cloud storage the application can be difficult to use. I refuse to use a third party Chinese camera company to store data from my cameras at my home. You get your money's worth. ... show more

The camera system is great. At first, when we got it, we had two bad cameras. I contacted the company, they sent two new cameras, no hassle, no issues, and no cost. Set up the two new cameras, one original camera and we had purchased an add-on wireless camera with a plug-in because one area we wanted to put the system did not have access to sunlight. Prior to purchase, we contacted the company to determine which add-on camera was recommended. Very impressed with the system since we got it up and running.
