We received the pair of chairs, but upon opening them, one of the chairs had a ripped seam. I messaged the seller immediately and explained to them that returning the item was not ideal at this time and asked for a discounted price. The seller replied back very quickly and offered me even better options than I asked for. They offered to send me two brand new chairs and that it was okay if I didn’t return the first shipment. In the end, I got four chairs total which was a bit much for my space, but I was still happy to keep all 4 in case I have guests over. The new shipment was flawless and there was absolutely nothing wrong with the items. It also arrived in 2 days. It was so simple to assemble and the chair is super sturdy and comfortable and matches my space so well. Perfect chairs if you have messy kids they wipe down really nice . I’ve had them for two months & seem to be holding up pretty good . putting them together was quick and simple . They are as comfortable as any dining chair . I’d definitely recommend buying these .

Box arrived with visible damage. Part of the metal base of one chair was scuffed, but not bent. Can't be seen once they were put together. Very cute and comfortable.

I bought these chairs because I really love the design — the vegan leather and black metal legs are gorgeous in real life. I was disappointed when the package arrived partially damaged, but the seller went above and beyond to take care of the issue as soon as I reached out. They’re very quick to reply, and communicative — which is hard to come by in online retail communication. This is why I gave the product 5 stars. I think the seat can be made more comfortable with a cushion since it’s a little hard. I like that the seat width is very broad and the chair feels sturdy. This is useful for users of all sizes. Really nice chairs. Attractive, easy to assemble and easy to clean. A. nice upgrade from the previous Ikea basics we had. The feel sturdy and upgraded the look of the kitchen. In the first set of chairs we ordered, packaging was lackluster and one chair was damaged. We sent photos to the seller of the shredded packaging and damaged chair and the seller sent us a replacement. The replacement chair also came in pretty shoddy packaging, cardboard box was just too soft and not sturdy, but the chair was in great shape. All turned out well.
