Defective product, dead battery from get go. Promised $100 refund, never gave it up. It will be impossible to get service or parts for it, that is for sure, and it is very complicated for sure!! The return rhetoric they give me is impossible to do once you open and view it because the packing is very extensive and the weight is hard to ship.
