    • Pretty Much Useless
Product took weeks to arrive, despite no indication that it was being shipped internationally. Instructions and packaging were in Chinese (which might not be a huge deal, but it should be specified). I guessed on how to use it based on pictures from similar products. If you're using it for hip adduction, it slips out of place between each rep. If you try to hold it in place, the hinge will pinch your hand. If you have shorter legs, the hinge will jab itself into an uncomfortable spot with each rep. If you switch the leg pads to use the device so the hinge is toward your knees, you'll basically just catapult it out of your legs. I also tried it to use it for a sort-of chest fly press (because other photos showed that), and it felt awkward. Aside from all that, it really doesn't provide much resistance. I did several reps in various configurations and feel nothing. I'm not quite sure why this is advertised as a pelvic trainer either. It's basically just a poorly designed thighmaster. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I seem to remember hers being big and looking different.. This Hip and Pelvic trainer is smaller than expected, but sturdier too. It's made with heavy duty pink plastic. I think that's silicone on the thigh pads. These aren't very big (made for pre-skinny gals perhaps.) Don't really hard etc with enough padding Chechout my video to see how I plan to use them besides Kegal pelvic floor training and hip core strength staining, I'm trying them with my arms too. Every bit of exercise and movement helps, right? I hang them on my bed in a handy recloseable drawstring bag, so I don't forget to use them Happy exercising, all! ... show more

When it arrived in such a small box I was like hmm. But you screw the side pieces together which is easy and quick. Small so easy to store away and works great. I will update results once I keep using it but this far very happy with it.

This may be a great device, but there are no written instructions. I have tried to find something besides the 4 pictures shown with the device on Amazon, but no luck. So practically useless. Very disappointed.
