Not only is this a great carrier but the customer service is beyond above and beyond. They were out of stock on the color I ordered so they offered either another color or to wait for restock in a week. I went with the green one instead. They then sent multiple extra little gifts on top for free! They sent a bike locks, bell, light, and a cute little dinosaur plush that straps onto the handle of a kids bike that my children adore. Don't get me wrong I love my trailer, the velcro will fail and snaps would have been better, no air flow when it's closed up, and my 9 yro is too tall(4'6") to fit inside with the cover on, but easy to put together, came quickly, has the off road trail lock for the front wheel, the seat can go flat if you need a cargo hauler for cross country trips, or for those like me you can put your infant seat in in. The tires are 20 in and check your tube's when you get them mine had a pin prick hole in both. But I love my trailer and so do my boys. When we move the folding and tire detaching tire will make it easy to store.

When I first ordered it I thought I was getting screwed over I kept receiving small items I never ordered. After finally receiving what I ordered I assume the other items were just thank yours for being patient. Love the trailer and the extra stuff sent will come in handle also. Great product!

The trailer is nice and my 2 kids fitting inside it but it is missing the screws needed to attach the front wheel with the trailer frame

Very versatile pet carrier. Works great on the e-bike and my pup loves it. Well constructed and stylish. Premium materials and lots of features for your pet and you. Love that it can be used as a stroller too. Highly recommend. We got the red one and it is an awesome color.

First the front tire did not stay unlocked. The tire does not swivel around when turning corners and keeps locking into place. I tried to return the item. The seller tried to make me pay for postage. It's ridiculous right!!! Turns out the shipping is over the cost of item. I'm not paying $535.00 to send item back. Also, I'm not accepting half of the cost as a refund, for this item. Now. I'm in a back and forth emailing situation with no resolution. Waiting on a return lable that never gets emailing to me and Amazon just sitting back watching this seller give me the long run. SMH... I better resolution on Temu than I have had with this third seller on Amazon. I'm so disappointed in the customer service I am receiving for this item. I don't recommend buying from this seller.
