This is simply the easiest blood pressure arm measurement device I have used yet. I keep one at home and one at office and one on the road they're all different and this is the best out of the three of them. I have fairly large arms and not a lot of mobility with my shoulders, so a device that is an easy wrap around my arms is important. I can quickly slide this up my arm and it's spring tension holds it in the proper place without a lot of difficulty trying to wrap the velcro. The readings are very clear. This brand and device are reliable and easy to use! I’ve had other machines and I never really knew if the BP reading was correct.     • Quality is excellent. But you may need a better storage zip bag or case.
We've been using an old Microlife unit that we've had for 20-25 years. It's been our old- faithful machine. The only reason I decided it was time, was it doesn't work well on battery power, even with fresh batteries. The machine often wouldn't complete the measurement, or the measurements were extremely slow. After a lot of research, we pulled the plug on this Omron. I didn't want to get a battery only model because of my experience with my current machine. The listing on this Omron gives the impression that it is battery only, and makes no mention that it will take an adapter, yet an adapter is available. It's crazy, they don't include this information, and I wouldn't have known had I not run across the adapter by accident on Amazon, then researching further by obtaining a copy of the owner manual. All that said, the machine works wonderfully. At first the pre-formed cuff looked difficult to use. But it actually is nice. It slips right on, tightens right up quickly when you push the start button. I like it much better than the roll up type. The machine powers up quickly, pumps the cuff up quickly, and gives a reading in about 30 seconds or so. I took a reading 3-4 times, and all of them were close. So it appears the machine is pretty accurate. There was very little variation. My only complaint is with the zip bag. Rather than a case, it doesn't really offer any protection. It doesn't even have a carry strap, and it's made of thin nylon, which makes it slippery and hard to carry, easy to drop. My old Microlife machine has a well made carry bag made out of a lightweight canvas, and has a carry strap. It has a place for the manual. This one doesn't even have that. As worthless as this bag is, I may just toss it out and just keep the unit in the box, or buy an aftermarket carry bag or case. Judging from the obvious high quality of the product, I know Omron could do better with the zip bag with a little more thought. I'd gladly pay a few more bucks for a better way to store this thing. ... show more

    • Simple convenient blood pressure monitor does all I need
Quick and easy to use and automatically syncs data with the OMRON health app which then syncs to my Apple Health app. It has a little indicator on the device and in app to tell you when your pressure is high (although I know I tend to have high blood pressure already). Just a simple convenient pressure machine to keep track of my pressure every day. Not much more I can ask for. ... show more

I have owned Omron products at least for 30 years, and I don't remember ever throwing them out because they were unreliable or stopped working. They perform for years and decades. I love this blood pressure machine. At first I couln't get used to this preformed cuff, but the more I use it, the more I like it. I love the feeling of trustworthy readings this machine displays. I am a retired nurse, so I do have some idea if any machine is giving me bogus results. This Omron measures and displays solid readings time after time and I can trust them. Buletooth functionality is bonus to me. I was pleasantly surprised that the Connect Omron app works so cleanly. I can certainly use the daily, weekly, monthly charts of my blood pressures.
