Ride mine on level 1, and I live in a neighborhood with lots of hills. It is plenty fast on level 1 and climbs huge hills with ease. Awesome on trails. Love the tires. This is just a cool bike. It looked intimidating at first (size and weight - it is a heavy bike), but I'm 5' 3" and it is a perfect height for me. Easy to stop and control. I recommend googling "The Tinkering Turtle" on Utube if you need any help or advice putting this bike together. He has videos from A to Z on the Escape Pro. His videos are perfect and cover every inch of this bike. Have fun! I love it!!! ... show more

This moped is an enjoyable ride. Given that it's not so great as a bicycle they ought to just do away with the gears and make it one fixed sprocket. I was pleasantly surprised that it could handle the hills around the neighborhood. It feels perfectly comfortable at speed no doubt due to the suspension, large tires, and its substantial weight. The biggest downside I've encountered is the battery gauge. Its not terribly accurate, and is subject to jumps up or down. I'd guess it's just based on voltage; a notably poor way to determine remaining battery capacity. They should use a coulomb counter (like your phone) but clearly don't. ... show more

Broken kickstand after 5 months and after 7 emails sent with pictures and videos to get a warranty replacement. They said no. When I informed Himiway of my intentions to share my frustrations. They offered for me to pay $16 for the shipping for a new one. Edit. I gave them 3 stars they hounded me with calls and e-mails to get me to change my review. They have offered to send me one for free. I had already purchased one for $16 here on Amazon. I did raise my review 1 star for their efforts. ... show more
