I ordered a large and received a medium so i sent it back and did not ask for a replacement after feeling the inner umbilical pad, it's very hard at the center nipple, it should be made firm but supple.so i didn't give a rating of the belt it seemed well made but i couldn't wear it, and this is the second time i ordered a belt and both makers sent the wrong size, very aggravating.

I recently had a umbilical hernia and needed some support. The belt itself is comfortable under my shirt, but probably recommend using over a shirt. The removeable silicone compression pad is really hard and caused me some discomfort at first. I wish it was slightly more forgiving to provide soft support.
