I bought this because I broke my hip and wanted to see if I could roll around the house, do dishes, make Thanksgiving dinner, etc. It actually worked great for that purpose. If you use it for that reason, just know it doesn't roll on carpet. I know most people don't use it for that purpose. It is very sturdy. I felt safe. It's sturdy enough. Im pretty carefully. This couldn’t be a more perfect chair for what I was looking for. I have 2 desks, one regular height and one taller right next to each other so I needed it to be adjustable, and wanted it to be on wheels so I can move between the two easily. I can also fit it perfectly in the little nook under my desk when I’m not using it so it takes up no space at all. The fact that it’s backless helps my posture, and it’s very comfy and not to mention adorable. Did I forget anything?? Oh and assembly took like 5 minutes. Very easy. It’s a decent quality rolling stool for the price. It’s super cute, adjusts easily, and maneuvers around pretty well. If you want super smooth rolling you might want to change out the caster wheels. I use it as a second seat in my craft room and it doesn’t need to roll long distances. It’s a great value and cute, and really cute is what I was going for.
