2 missing hardware for the front fender. Multiple scuffs on the paint. Shifts good. The seat is ok. Wheels were straight and true. The pedals seems cheap plastic over the metal threading. Overall the bike is good.

The bike is really quite nice. My daughter loves it. It is very easy to put together. However, there are no real instructions. They give you multiple styles to choose from. And no real diagram of your specific bike. So, look for help online or you’ll have to figure it out. Nothing major. But if you have never put together a bike it may take a bit longer than normal. Make sure the direction of the front forks. Wait until the last thing to adjust brakes. The front are not quite set as the tire has to be installed. Overall, I did not follow above and still the bike runs great. I just stripped the brake line and had to repair that. So take your time and enjoy a reasonably priced nice bike! ... show more

Great bike, somewhat easy to assemble. The instruction manual was not for my specific model. But I used youtube videos to learn how to assemble. Sturdy and cute.

It was very easy to assemble it, although I don’t have any experience previously. It took me around 1 hours to put it together. Only seat arrived damaged, but everything else was packed nicely with clear instructions.

I like this bike. It's really nice. The fenders are kind of cheap and rattle when I ride. I would have gave it more stars but it came without pedals. So I've reached out to the company and hopefully they will send me some.

Packing was a bit tangled, Fenders entwined in spokes etc.. Gears are a bit Janky...need to baby them Fenders are quite flimsy and require frequent adjusting as not to rub

The front tire came a bit warp but had it fixed... the brake one the left side had to be readjusted. But once that was taken care of the bike I solid. Not a fan of the handle bars but that's my preference. Overall it rides well on nyc pavement

I think some people on here need to be reasonable with things. The bike came in perfect shape. The seller should not be blamed for damage done by shipping company (Amazon). If you have issues, contact Amazon and stop giving sellers poor reviews. With that said, box was in perfect shape and contents were great as well. The bike was simple to put together. Everything was tight and true. Another thing people need to do just out of common sense is check everything. I checked all bolts and they were all tight. Also, people on here complain brakes don't work. Well it's hard to put tire on with brakes tight. You need to install wheel first, then tighten the brakes to your liking. Some people expect everything to be done. This bike is well made, the color is very nice, shifts perfect and it's comfortable. Highly recommend this bike. ... show more
