Very nice, affordable, bike. (I checked prices at walmart for and this beat theirs by a lot.) The box was damaged, but the bike was well packed and received no damage. The quality is much nicer than I expected. The color is nicer in person. The name across the bike is 'BAMCBASE', Not Hiland, although Hiland is in the instruction book. It's fully adjustable in the seat and handle bar height. Assembly was easy enough. It rides smoothly, shifts alright, but a tough rough, so I'll have to adjust that... from YT videos I guess. Overall, I think it's a genuine value. With the 'coupon', I paid about $220 total. I would recommend it, and would buy it again. ... show more

Left pedal arm came loose and fell off in less than 100 miles. Had to ride 3 miles with 1 pedal half pedaling in highest gear to a bike shop. Crank shaft is now deformed and wobbly. Terrible product how is it even legal to sell it when the pedal arm is guaranteed to fall off?????

The assembly made me want to punch a baby pigeon but overall this is a great deal for someone who is just wanting a simple ride around the neighborhood. I bought this along with a child sear to ride with my toddler. It is comfortable for us both. Pros: Price Seat is very comfortable! They include tools Cons: Assembly will take about 90-minutes (solo) Gears are rough but again they work This thing is heavy! If you live in a hilly area beware. Close to 40lbs ... show more

Never was able to get 3rd gear on front derailleur , there is zero excuse for this - they produce the bike...but send it out non functioning - do not buy this bike if you want the gears to work..it takes ninja death grip to even try to shift said non functioning gears
