Great for using in the pool for added weight during workout. Just what I need for an added resistance. Easy on and off on my arms and Velcro straps are not even needed. Probably not practical for a very tiny person as they would flop around. I had tried someone else’s, loved them so bought my own.

These do work well for the purpose intended. The down side is they have a super tight fit that gets uncomfortable after 10 minutes of use. They are a bit difficult to put on for older adults, younger adults it is easy to put on. They do help create the resistance needed for muscle tone.

I got these for water therapy but they started to hurt my ankles so I had to return them. They would probably work well if you have small ankles or your child. I would think that eventually they would start to rip because of how they're made. I return them and went with a totally different manufacturer.

I love love love these! About 10 people in my water exercises have purchased them since I got mine. They are a bit tight for the ankles, but so much better on the wrists, and don’t hurt your hands by having to hold the weights for an hour. The Arthritis Foundation should endorse these!

I got these to help my granddaughter learn to swim but it was scary to use them, she had to fight against them to stand up. They might work well for adults, but I do not recommend them for kids.

I'm tall and plus size and didn't know of it would work. The cuff had an S pattern slit so it will fit regardless off the size. You then have velcro around the outside to secure it tight. I like aqua zumba and water aerobics and already got water weights. This is great to add more resistance to the workout while keeping low impact for my joints. I am amazed these fit mu big feet. Easy to put on and off and cute
