When I received this press, the plates weren’t aligned so some of my shirts weren’t getting pressed where needed. I would have to move them on the bottom plate and press multiple times. Then after I used only 3 times a bearing ball had popped out from somewhere. I messaged the seller and they were super quick to respond. They sent me a video on how to adjust the plates so they line up, and quickly figured out where the ball came from and offer replacement parts if needed. After moving the plates I have ZERO complaints! The press works great, and every shirt I’ve made adheres perfectly! I haven’t used any of the attachments yet, but I’m excited to. I was a bit nervous taking the plunge and buying a press vs using my home iron but I’m so glad I did. I would definitely recommend. ... show more

Well it won’t let me post a pic but the base of my heater broke in half. I was in the middle of a print job and it just broke. It heats well and the cup press is not worth sending but it stopped me from being productive. The first one was awesome and I gave it away because I wanted a new one and now it’s broken. This machine works great was easy to set up the ONLY thing I don't like about it is the hat press because it has nothing to stretch the hat onto the press and the bottom hat Plat is so low its almost impossible to pull down to stretch. But everything else works amazing its easy to switch out each part. I do kinda wish the bottom plate would pull out a little bit more so it would be easier to adjust shirts on it. When I turn the heat plate my machine does not tip over like I read in other reviews my timer works perfect and it heats up to the right temp. The temp does fluctuate a few degrees but but goes right back up ... show more

Heats up fast.. bottom tray can slide off easily to change up from shirt to cup and so on. Only thing I wish it had was better instructions for use and changing up but was able to figure out via you tube videos of other machines similar.

The media could not be loaded. I was very surprised how fast my press came in. Loved how it was assembled and it’s easy to work!! The only issue I have is that the timer will not count down. I’ve tried changing it, I just can’t get the timer to work. I contacted the seller but have not heard back yet :( update: i apologize, this was just my error. You need to push the down arrow to start the timer once you close the press. It would have been nice to get instructions with this press. So this press has worked great for me! I press mostly t-shirts but have worked other projects on it as well. Very easily switch my time and temp and works great every time. Very pleased. Although I think I should have bought a larger size. So I’ll be looking into another one of their larger presses soon! ... show more

My first time with a heat press but from a novice it does appear to work wonderfully. Very very easy to operate. I do wish the swing arm adjustment was a little smoother though. It catches at odd spots instead of being smooth. I have used the flat plate and the hat option. Hats can be very difficult with this but if you just take your time...do small images and apply more pressure it works well. ... show more
