I followed directions and shook it and let it decompress after unpacking, but never fully got the round shape to even out. This ottoman is just the right height and matched by room beautifully.

The color is perfect. It was awesome watching it expand to normal size. I can sit on the sofa and my feet fit perfectly on the ottoman. It matches the decor and the 2 cats don’t touch it nor do the two dogs. It is a perfect addition to the room.

26 inch size is floppy and awkward -not filled with enough stuffing, too big & awkward to use since it get mashed down because it is not firm enough. Smaller 20 inch size is much better. Comes shaped like a brick since is compressed with all the air sucked out, but puffed up very quickly. Again, don't buy the big size, but small size is good.

I bought this needing a little ottoman for my feet at night sitting on our couch. I like to read and this ottoman works perfectly! It's really quite sturdy for feet and comfortable. It's not meant to sit on tho but that's okay, it works great for what I needed. It came packaged nicely. You just open the bag and it sort of inflates over 24 hrs - mine puffed up right away within minutes and was even better overnight. Very happy with this purchase. I may buy another one for our bedroom.
