    • Worked on my 2011 EV Ranger
Parts came in quickly. Simple design and works to get you up a couple of inches. I installed larger tires with a better tread design on my Ranger EV because I was spinning too much in the mud. With the new tires the clearance was diminished and the tires rubbed on the inside of the wells when I turned either way. I went from the stock 20's to a Mud-Lite 27. Pros - Simple design Thick heavy materials. 1/4" Price is good for a 2" lift. The rear went on in a snap. I had both installed in less than 30 minutes total. ( I have a nice jack and air tools for lifting and tire removal) Remove the lower mounting bolt on the shock and add the spacer and new bolt for the old position and mount higher with provided new hardware for the new position..., done. You don't have to remove the front tire or stabilizer to install the front spacers. Cons- I can't think of any. I thought the front was going to be a challenge but wasn't. With the front jacked up 2" off the ground, I removed the shock from the top mounting bracket and leaned it out against the tire. With a pair of C-clamp locking pliers I compressed the spring just enough to ease the tension. Then I removed the tension nut from the top of the shock, removed the spring, put the supplied spacer over the shock and put the spring back on. I compressed the spring just enough to start the spring tension nut and then tightened it down. Reinstalled in reverse order. easy peesy. The lift kit works and I don't rub my tires when I turn now. ... show more
