Getting use to this was easy. I just watched a couple YouTube tutorials and did my face for 10 or 15 minutes then my scalp at least 6 minutes. I showered maybe 3 hours later and it was seriously a HUGE Improvement in the amount of hair I lost. Depending on the frequency you use, you can definitely zap your face with this. I’ve been using it on low frequency so I don’t feel the shock on my face. I’ve also been using it every day for about three weeks and I don’t know that I’ve seen a change.

The instructions say to turn on and let it sit for 5 min so it can start “glowing” and I have tried all four glass wands and none of them glow even after 10 min

This is a voltage of electricity and it’s pretty terrifying to use on face/scalp. It’s like being shocked when it first touches the skin. What I disliked the most about this product is that it makes a LOUD shrill after using it for about 3-5 min. Not sure how you’re supposed to use for 20 min at a time with that horribly loud sound. Did not use long enough/consistently to know whether it actually works like it’s supposed to, but it seemed nearly impossible to attempt using that long to determine. ... show more
