This is a wonderful product! When we received it one of the attachments were broken. When we contacted customers service, they rectified the problem quickly and sent a replacement attachment in a few days!!!

Works exactly as expected. The packaging is fantastic to keep each fragile part immobile during shipment and separate from the others. Had a question about power requirements and received a kind and complete response from customer service in less than 24 hours that told me exactly what I needed to know. (Power is 30W, Frequency is 50-60Hz, Voltage is 110-240V) As for a high-frequency wand's functionality. I suffer from Rosacea and this device keeps that under control. Within a few days of regular use, my inflammation and breakouts settle down completely. After that point, doesn't even matter what I use product-wise because my skin remains clear. Without it, doesn't matter what products I use because my skin looks terrible. It's literally the magic bullet for clear skin in my case. Highly recommend!

I bought this to help with ingrown hairs. I was hopeful because my wax girl recommended it. I didn’t use it right away because I didn’t need it. But the very first time I used it I followed the directions but it didn’t work. When I first turned it on it shocked the living crap out of me then stopped working all together. The shock was so bad and loud that it left a red mark on my hand and my husband heard the pop sound from the bedroom. That’s all I got out of it, didn’t even light up like it says it’s suppose to. Now I can’t return it because it’s been more than 30 days. So it was a total waste of money.

Fine lines, breakouts, discoloration ALLLLL gone. this product is great for fine lines, and acne. I struggle with lines on my forehead and this thing has helped smooth them out. Whenever I have a breakout I use the concentrated tip and it is gone almost over night. I use it in my hair to promote growth and scalp health and I believe it totally works. Save your money and get this instead of the $70 high frequency wand, it does the same thing for a cheaper price!

A really great tool, but regardless of brand these devices only seem to last a month or two. I continue to order them because the results are excellent. A 2 week blemish is gone in 3 days. It’s quite remarkable. I’m surprised this therapy is not more mainstream.
