I purchased this product mainly due to my thinning hair. It was recommended by my aesthetician. The added benefit of helping my facial skin was a bonus. I've been using this product for over a month now two to three times a week. So far I only see redness on my scalp where I have hair loss. I will continue to monitor over the next several months. I'm hoping to see some new hair growth on my scalp leading to thicker more abundant hair. It's too soon to tell at this point. I've also been using it on my face and neck. My daughter talked me in to buying this. For the price I thought why not. I have spent so much more on creams and facials. I was apprehensive to just start using it on my face. It is a small amount of electrical shock and it kind of freaked me out at first. So what I did was use it on my hands first. I am 64 years old and my hands were looking pretty rough. I was really surprised by this product! I wasn’t sure how effective it would be compared to what I get done during a facial but I’ve really noticed an improvement in my skin. I enjoy using this product because it makes me feel as though I’m taking action against my acne, but I can’t say for sure that I see any results. One thing I noticed is the places I had acne would become very dry after use, which can be helpful in some case but prove unmanageable for me because I was no longer able to hide my acne with makeup. I also have some cystic area that I’ve used it on and I honestly don’t see much of a difference. Ordered this thinking it was a cheap gimmick and couldn't be nearly as good as the hi frequency experience at my local salon. I've been using this daily after showering with my favorite serum and I have noticed my skin texture improving and fine lines aren't as pronounced. I have also had the odd acne flare up and this 100% hands down makes a huge difference to blemishes. Literally the following day the spot looks like it's on the way out. This alone makes this a worthwhile investment. My only criticism is that you need to be super careful when removing the rods as they are made of glass and will smash if dropped. I've been using the mushroom head attachment on dry skin after I cleanse and dry. In the beginning, I used everyday for 10~ min a day, my acne stopped appearing! Now I only use it once a week for ~10 min. I read that this helps skin with anti aging and less wrinkles. I do my skincare as usual after. I think this item is fairly priced, as I bought during prime day. I've also tried the hair comb attachment, but not sure if i'm supposed to use it before or after my hair is clean. When I used it after my hair is dry and clean, my hair got oily quicker. Not sure if the hair attachment works, but would need clearer instructions for that. ... show more
